The customer service beauty quickly helped me contact the boss. A few minutes later, a child about ten years old came down and gave us a door card casually. We didn't register our ID card to check in. The safety of this hotel needs to be considered. After the boss came back, there was no explanation or apology, and he claimed that we could check out if we were not satisfied. Since we had a travel itinerary, Ctrip customer service also said that it was the best and highest-rated hotel in town. We didn't want to waste time on the hotel, so we had to stay. The hotel was very unprofessional. We booked a parent-child suite, and the room was a room with two small beds. What's more exaggerated is that the toilet had no door. Finally, we changed to the parent-child room we booked, and the sofa was moldy! The toilet door is a glass door, which is light-transmitting and transparent! The hair dryer is broken! The spotlights in the room are all spider webs! The towels are soft and not disinfected! The quilts are very damp! The Ctrip beauty said this is the best hotel in town... I hope everyone avoids thunder!

The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are very spacious, and the air conditioning in the rooms is very good in winter, making it very comfortable to stay. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. The beef restaurant next to it and the Sanmei Restaurant opposite are both good choices.

The place where Buddhists stay. I wonder if it’s because I checked in on the second day of the ***** New Year. There is never anyone at the front desk to “from parking to check-in”. I always call to inquire and find the card. It really can only be used as a place to stay, and there is always bath water. It's warm...The air conditioning temperature can't be turned up either.

As a supplement, if there is no air conditioning episode, the overall price/performance ratio is still acceptable. The hotel uses a lot of smart devices, but the smart toilet is overly sensitive (the toilet often opens and closes automatically when I move around, which often scares me), and the details still need to be polished. Of course, if you need to live nearby because of its convenient location, then this hotel should still be the most suitable choice (the hardware is always newer).

去銅仁大峽谷經過的地方，酒店離着算是近點的地方了，但衞生衹能説一般，畢竟價錢也在這裏，為了去大峽谷方便，衹能這樣，服務還可以，有什麼事，隨叫隨到

在鎮子上，這算是很好的酒店了，不能強求。推薦酒店路口的帶皮黃牛肉粉，超級好吃。開車去銅仁大峽谷也方便。
