The room is big and modern but does not function smoothly. For example, the light switch for the bathroom is so far away from the bathroom. Had to walk a big round to switch on/off the bathroom light whenever we wanted to go to the bathroom. The tap for the sink is so high up that water splashes everywhere whenever it was used. The towels were thin and had seen better days ie more yellow than white. The floor was very dusty. There are some exposed wires from a wall. If there was someone at the reception, s/he was at a corner and if you did not look hard enough, you wouldn’t know s/he was there.. no greeting, no interaction.

辦理入住前台居然沒有人！！！等了很久，然後給酒店打電話，沒有人聽，衹好打給攜程客服，客服美女很快幫忙聯繫上老闆，幾分鐘後下來一位十歲左右的小朋友隨便給了我們一張門卡，都沒有登記身份證入住，這家酒店的安全性有待考量。老闆回來後，沒有任何解釋和道歉的態度，還聲稱不滿意可以退房。由於我們有旅遊行程，攜程客服也説是鎮上最好評分最高的酒店。我們不願意浪費時間在酒店上，衹好將就入住。酒店非常不專業，我們定的是親子套房，進去房間是兩張小床房，更誇張的是廁所居然沒有門。最後換到我們定的親子房，沙發發黴！廁所門是玻璃門，透光又透人！吹風機是壞的！房間射燈全是蜘蛛網！毛巾軟踏踏，沒有消毒！被子都很潮濕！攜程美女説這是鎮上最好的酒店。。。希望大家避雷！
