乾淨衞生，環境很好，主要是住在這裡是去黃龍和九寨最好的補給點，周邊有古城購物方便不被坑，海拔適中，長者孩子不會有高原反應的不適感。酒店服務很好。

房間還可以，也算寬敞，服務也可以，唯一不是很滿意的是酒店五樓需要自己提行李從4樓—5樓，因為5樓是沒有電梯的，剛好我們帶的行李有點多也重，所以有點尷尬。

10月27日下午到松潘，住蕃坊絲路酒店（SILKROAD HOTEL）。松潘天氣冷，又聽聞克強總理病逝，心情沉重。酒店辦理入住，前台周經理熱情，按排房間並升級到豪華標間，由於天氣冷還配備了電暖器，真是感謝。房間衞生潔具床上用品乾淨，停車方便，我們己是第二次入住該賓館。值得選擇。

因為酒店提供洗衣機才去的，孩子們的衣服都得洗了。接過酒店的洗衣機在五樓，全層烏漆麻黑，能趕出鬼來，洗衣機在廁所臟的不行。服務員説忙得很催促趕緊弄。指揮我把衣服放進去，洗衣機無法啟動，克服恐懼走下來聯繫前台，弄了半天洗衣機放了一缸水還是無法啟動。最終衣服全部和着洗衣液打濕了，給了踢腳線取暖器烘乾時燒壞一部分衣物，因為衣服太濕太重，上車吃早飯前放在車邊，最終遺落。經濟損失一千多。攜程聯繫了半天，電話打到半夜，沒有任何有效的方案。失望透了。

每次去松潘 都住這家酒店，體驗感還蠻好的，唯獨這次、第一天晚上，就感覺有人從外面開門，門反鎖的，開了幾下沒打卡 就沒聲音了，第二天晚上，就更無語，服務員直接拿房卡把門打開了，看到有人，然後説開錯了，就很無語，住酒店第一次遇到這種情況…

早餐吃的比較少，但是也屬於正常水平，房間隔音特別差，隔壁（具體是樓上樓下還是隔壁哪的就不知道）半夜11點半入住，小孩子一直玩樂尖叫都聽得很清楚，隔壁燒水也能聽到聲音，地暖很熱

酒店在當地還算可以了，但希望提高一下前台小姐姐的素質，冷冰冰的！多問一句都不敢了。酒店離松潘古城有點距離，走路的話比較遠呢。
