This is our second time staying at this hotel. Worth choosing.

We went because the hotel provides a washing machine, and the children's clothes had to be washed. The washing machine that I took over from the hotel is on the fifth floor. The whole floor is pitch black and could drive out ghosts. The washing machine in the toilet is extremely dirty. The waiter said he was very busy and urged him to hurry up. He ordered me to put the clothes in, but the washing machine couldn't start. I overcame my fear and walked down to contact the front desk. After a long time, I put a tank of water in the washing machine and still couldn't start. In the end, all the clothes got wet with laundry detergent, and some of the clothes were burned when they were dried by a baseboard heater. Because the clothes were too wet and heavy, they were left next to the car before getting in the car to have breakfast, and were eventually left behind. The economic loss was more than 1,000 yuan. Ctrip contacted me for a long time and called until midnight, but there was no effective solution. So disappointed.

Every time I go to Songpan, I stay at this hotel. The experience is pretty good. However, this time, on the first night, I felt someone opening the door from the outside. The door was locked. After opening it a few times without clocking in, there was no sound. On the second night, it was even more speechless. The waiter directly used the room card to open the door, saw someone, and then said that he opened the wrong door. I was speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel...

The breakfast was small, but it was normal. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. The neighbor (I don't know whether it was upstairs, downstairs or next door) checked in at 11:30 pm. I could hear the children playing and screaming clearly. I could also hear the water boiling next door. The floor heating was very hot.

Very satisfied, the room is spacious, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is rich, the front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very high. I will recommend it to friends who go to Songpan in the future.
