旅店在二樓，樓下全是商鋪，有窄樓梯直上房間，沒人接待，沒服務員，電話好久沒有人聽，到晚上才有人接電話，有小夥子走來，説旅店是姐開的，姐不在松潘，打電話叫他來接我們，房間全沒預備好，小夥手忙腳亂，執床，換毛巾，開電視，開電熱毯，卻半天也沒做好，熱水也不熱，小夥説你們年齡大不用洗澡了，真笑話，我們氣不過，跟他理論一場，才退回了大部份房價給我們，我們另找旅館。這旅店根本不是正常營業，訂了這旅店得了一肚子氣！
