Songpan Licheng Huating Hotel ((Huanglong Jiuzhai High-speed Railway Station))

Highly recommend this hotel, the entire hotel staff (reception, chef, waiters and security) is like a small family For example, they may ask you, are you ok, do you have enough food? Over there are more noodle soup. You need to eat a lot to be strong enough to walk Jiuzhaigou ☺️ The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hygiene facilities such as masks and gloves were absolutely exemplary. A very big thank you, to the service housekeeper Ms Hongmei (服务管家红梅）. I've been travelling to a lot stayed in many hotels but was very friendly and helpful. I felt very warmly welcomed on this short trip. Ms Hongmei's (红梅）service and dedication is top class, with a great attitude I want to thank her very much. Will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you very much for the nice and comfortable stay.

The check in process is very pleasant as the front desk manager 拉姆 has all our room prepared and provided very useful information about the breakfast and other hotel information to us. The oxygen infused air gives us a comfortable night sleep. The shower water pressure need improvement as the hot water temperature is not regulated well.

Personalised services by Hongmei and the Mr-do-it-all bao an. Great place and good people. There are many halal eateries nearby and hotel breakfast is partly halal, which, clear labels.

Hotel offer free use of washer with detergent and dryer. Bathroom is large but no hook to hang clothing on the wall. Suggest hotel to install at least 3 wall hooks.

Great service! Staffs are really nice. The hotel is kind of blocked by other surrounded buildings and it is not that easy to locate. There is no mirror inside the room. Only the washroom have a mirror. The washroom is big but there is no place for you to hang towels and clothes.

Staff is friendly and helpful. No air-conditioning or heating available. Buffet breakfast is Chinese style. Location is good- near nice eateries and shops.
