我基本不點評，但這次住的非常難受。唯一值得誇獎的是老闆娘很熱情，態度很好：帶我們看房間 幫我們拿行李
首先是衞生情況。500多的房間 寫着23年開業 ，床單卻不是新的 是一個什麼莊園。我睡在上面手臂脖子各種癢，無奈穿了短袖長褲才稍好一些。浴室地墊上還有明顯的血印，我女朋友直接不讓我用酒店的浴巾了。
其次，寫虛假設施。攜程設施裏面明明標註了洗衣房和乾衣機，但酒店內沒有看到任何標識，打電話問前台被告知洗衣機壞了。這難道不是欺騙行為嗎，我們有這種需求的客人，如果沒有自助洗衣服務，是不會定這家酒店的。
最後，早上10:40左右，清理房間的工作人員就在門外很大聲的交流，一直到我實在睡不着，於11:08分起床才漸漸小聲。
我在寫此點評的時候，看了其他評價，看到一條差評，寫的不建議散客。現在非常的認同，散客勸退！！！

房間整潔空間大，配電熱毯必須贊。一樓有飯堂提供家常便飯，味道不錯。環境優美，房間對着遠山一遍綠悠悠感覺非常舒服。員工親切友善耐心，老闆更是早上五點親自送我們到機場趕六點多的航班，非常感謝。真心推薦。

房間比較新，衞生乾淨，窗外景色很美，住得比較舒服。就是房門隔音比較差，遇到旅行團帶小孩半夜不睡覺的，在走廊吵鬧的，還有早上六點退房的，一下子就被吵醒了。最好把門縫加裝隔音膠條，改進一下，把旅行團隊的集中一個樓層，帶小童的住偏一點的房間。

這家酒店令我驚喜，剛到酒店辦理入住的時候，由於高反非常的不舒服，酒店經理免費贈送了氧氣瓶，主動幫我們搬行李，房間也是非常乾淨，晚上在酒店用餐，一桌子菜，才花了300元，大家都覺得不敢相信，酒店員工説，經理交代了要給我們的菜量大一點，由於高反，要給我們做菜的口味清淡一點，處處體現服務意識，轉天早晨醒來，拉開窗簾，景色更是美極了！如果不是趕時間，真想在這個小鎮多住幾天，必須五星好評！

為了趕第二天最早的航班。衹能住山巴鄉，這個酒店給我太大的驚喜，比較乾淨，到了酒店都八點了，還能到食堂點菜，酒店裡麪比較乾淨，老闆也是精心佈置的，酒店裡麪設計比較合理，第二天訂車去機場雖然比較近但是太早了要四點就起床，最後老闆親自接送，比較感動，一早老闆親自送到機場，感激！以後來九寨溝還是要住這個酒店
