Our appartment was so clean and very spaceious. Lovely big balcony. Beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area. Hotel is lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, everything you can think of. No negitives to be had 🥰☺️

11 nights in this delightful hotel on a B&B basis for myself & my wife. What a relaxing break in lovely surroundings. The reception was spotless and welcoming, staffed by a delightful lady who greeted us with a smile and yet efficiently sorted us out with our room etc, gave us a little site map, info for dining, even though we had arrived well after 'normal hours'. The room / apartment was very clean and bigger than we had anticipated, well laid out with a kitchen-diner type layout and separate bedroom and bathroom /shower. Main area & bedroom had independent air con units which shut down if doors or windows were opened. Kitchen had pretty much most things you would expect in a pseudo self catering unit, hotplate, combi-microwave, toaster etc.. with an extractor overhead. Dish cloths and liquid were supplied, as were crockery & cutlery etc for 4. The seating area was of 2 large sofas ( additional beds ) with a low coffee table and a further unit upon which sat a large flat screen Samsung.. English channels disappeared during a weather spike but we weren't overly concerned, it had an hdmi slot if we wanted to watch something off our phone/tablet etc. Bi-fold patio doors led out onto a small terrace with a typical table & chairs. Bedroom was of a twin bed (pushed together) layout with hanging room and shelves in a wardrobe, floating bedside shelves with lights etc and a descent sized wall mounted flatscreen Samsung opposite. We found the beds to be firm and comfy. Bathroom was entered via a huge sliding frosted glass door about which my wife had doubts over privacy etc but they were unfounded.. Again, spotless and well maintained with complimentary soap and shower gel, hair drier and a large mirror and another sliding glass door to access the walk in shower which was powerful and no issues over hot water. The hotel grounds are delightful, with the centre being the pool area, tall palm type trees and flowering shrubs & bushes were everywhere in the grassy vistas, pathways were well maintained and clean. The pool was seen to be checked daily for water quality etc, and although we didn't make use of it ourselves it was a popular attraction for guests on sunbeds around the perimeter. Only a 3 minute walk into the main marina area of Cala'n Bosc, this hotel was a delight to stay in... BUT.. the catering in the evening was disappointing. Breakfast was buffet style and had so may choices - however, the hot plate servery offerings could be somewhat warmer. I understand the potential issues of maintaining hot food under lamps, especially in an eco driven economy, but please turn up the heat on the scrambled eggs and bacon etc, having said that - omelettes and fried eggs were cooked while you wait. We also dined twice in the evening, and were rather disappointed in the offerings.. I wouldn't recommend the all inclusive option if i was totally honest. A long review i know, but to sum up.. great hotel, great staff, great rooms, great location, great breakfast

Nice hotel, good location close to the marina where there are lots of restaurant options. Rooms/apartments are good, those at the back of the hotel don't have much of a view. Entertainment every other evening was very good. Breakfast buffet was okay, we didn't eat other meals in the hotel. Staff are great, very friendly, especially Irina who was fantastic.

Second time here and very disappointed on food this time. We had to eat out 5/7 nights as choice was awful and Luke warm. Also went to have snack from snack bar one lunch time and was charged 7 euros for stake nachos, snacks are usually covered In all inclusive

Spend a long weekend here was lovely and realaxing not much around to do outside the hotel but for a weekend was perfect for us pools where amazing lots of sunbeds had a upgrade on our room which was nice of the manager had a real realaxing feel to the place we enjoyed our time here

Staff fabulous especially front desk. Rooms well kept and clean. All inclusive food was lovely in the restaurant but they need to keep the hot food and plates much warmer for H&S. There is a microwave near the toasters.. Place was spotless including the pool. All staff really helpful and friendly. Pool bar food wasn't great but we ate so much at 3 meals we didn't need to eat it. Be careful to ask for the restaurant manager or hotel manager or chef who actually cooked the food in the restaurant if you have food allergies. They have symbols on some food but not all. Despite a spanish translation I had brought on a card of no lactose, no molluscs and no seafood 2 of them agreed I could eat the John Dory fish but there were prawns underneath the fish. I ate one by accident but spat it out. The hotel manager was worried and offered me a doctor. However the next day the allergy signs were still haphazard and missing. The restaurant manager and the chef who actually cooked the food kept me right from then on And were lovely.. The man standing tbehind the counter hadn't cookedithe food and had no clue or English and didn't understand my Spanish card giving my allergies

Lovely hotel in a great position, close to the marina in Cala'n Bosch and very convenient for Cuitadella. We stayed in a well equipped apartment on a half board plus basis, meaning drinks (including tea & coffee) were included with evening meal, which was a bonus.

This is a very difficult hotel to review, as it has some positives - reception and bar staff, location ( close to attractive marina, shops, bars, cafes etc) and setting (attractive gardens, good size pool). However, and acknowledging this has a 3 star rating, there were aspects of our stay and the way the hotel is run that definitely need attention. Accommodation: 1 bed apartment. In dire need of refurbishing and redecoration, eg: kitchen drawers hanging off, small wardrobe falling apart. Restaurant/dining room: as so many others have commented the food offering is mostly poor quality and usually kept only barely warm. The drinks package included with our half board break was something of a joke. Wine, soft drinks and beer were only available when eating in the restaurant. No drinks are allowed to be taken in or out of the dining room and the quality of the wine, carafes of red, white and rose, was also of poor quality. Bottles of wine were available to purchase but the food didn’t warrant buying decent wine. In addition, the dining room staff were generally not at all welcoming and I wonder if that was because they were tired and fed up after a long season and were just ticking over until the hotel closed at the end of that week.
