Great people and good place to stay. The place is very well located and clean, close to all facilities. Hung, the owner, speaks very good English and he organised a great tour for us to the DMZ. He’s very knowledgeable and can organise many excellent trips in the area.

Had an amazing stay, the place is very central and close to the main attractions. The owner is so kind and will help you for anything. It was amazing and I will definitely come back. We had a private room, but also the dorm looked very clean and well manged. Definitely worth coming back!

The Palm Lodge is a lovely new hostel right in the center of Phong Nha. It only opened a few weeks ago, and you can really feel how passionate the owner, Hung, is about his place! Hung and his staff genuinely care about your well-being and always make sure you feel at home. On top of that, they run a small restaurant where you can enjoy delicious local dishes – everything I tried was fresh and tasty! If you need help booking tours or rentals, they’re more than happy to assist and give helpful advice. All in all, I had a great stay at The Palm Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phong Nha!

Was very happy here, the hosts are lovely, take care of everything and the location is amazing. They provide tours to the caves, from 1 days up to 4 days. Also help with transportation in case of need. Also, rents motorcycles for a fair price. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this accommodation. The cleanliness was impeccable – the room was spotless, with fresh linens and well-maintained facilities. The bathroom was especially impressive, offering a refreshing hot shower that felt incredibly relaxing after a long day. The water temperature was just perfect, ensuring a comfortable experience every time I used it.

We had 2 wonderful nights at Palm Lodge. Mr Hung and his family are very welcoming, nice and helpful. The place is new, it`s cozy, with a friendly vibe. The room is clean, you have everything you need, from hot water to hair dryer. It`s also comfortable, quiet. You have good wifi, you can also relax in the lounge are, and leave the luggage until your bus time. All in all, this is the place to stay for exploring Phong Nha (they offer different tours).

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and he even invited me to have dinner (for free) with him, his wife, and young daughter the first night I stayed. He takes great pride in his hotel, constantly cleaning and improving the facilities. I was grateful to have plenty of hot water, as other places I’ve stayed only had two minutes of hot water (or none). I was here for the grand opening of his restaurant, which is on the patio of the hotel, and the food was excellent.

This is nice homestay, good location. It located at town center, really convenience to visit caves or walking around for coffee ... We stay here for 2 nights to explore Phong Nha area. Nice homestay, friendly staffs... Highly recommend...

Our host welcome was exceptional and very warm. He did everything to allow us to have the best time possible, helping us book our transport and our excursions. He is very good advice, and very enthusiastic about the recent opening of his hostel. He even organized a dinner with all the residents for the weekend to wish us a good end of stay.
