Inicialmente capacitaría al personal que recibe a los viajeros ya que la persona que nos recibió nunca nos día la información de los horarios del restaurante y cuando fuimos a comer ya estaba cerrado no nos dijo el uso la tarjeta para activar la luz.sino fuera por qué preguntamos a alguien de mantenimiento ni nos enteremos,era suite y no servía el televisor ni la llave de la puerta.pesimo sevicio😠 me sentí estafada a pagar una habitación tan costosa y que todo estuviese dañado.

The hotel is beautifully situated near a sandy and safe beach and a wild, somewhat difficult-to-access but charming beach in a small bay (pool shoes are required). A good pool, accessible even after opening hours, is available. Large rooms with a separate bedroom. Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled by the terrible service at the hotel. We were placed in an apartment with a broken air conditioning in the bedroom. The nights were terrible, as the temperature at night reached up to 30 degrees Celsius. Reporting the problem to reception within 30 minutes of checking in resulted in no result. It all started with the promise that "a mechanic will come today or tomorrow." The mechanic never showed up for the rest of our stay (7 days), despite our daily requests and those of TUI Poland. After three days, the Polish-speaking receptionist even said, to end the matter, "If you don't like it, go to another hotel." We have never encountered such customer service. The hotel didn't fix the air conditioning until the end of our stay, refused to change rooms, and offered no compensation. TUI's assistance proved ineffective, and even after several days, the hotel refused to answer TUI's calls or respond to emails. If you're looking for a beautifully located hotel and are willing to risk encountering a problem, it's worth it, but in any other case, I wouldn't recommend it!

Air conditioner broken most of the apartment, they offer a fan which useless with heat ( 35 degree) never coming back! And the worst part that they are not interested in improving any of that as they were saying most of the customers were satisfied with this conditions

Lovely hotel where we had an apartment overlooking a lovely pool. All very clean and staff great. Views of the bay and beach/cove stunning. Two negatives though. Firstly the steps everywhere, certainly not ideal for those with mobility issues and that there is nothing around the hotel so to do stuff or go anywhere it is hire a car or wait for a not very reliable bus service. Great hotel if you just want to lounge by the pool or beach.

Currently staying here at the moment, air conditioning not working, plug socket not working, furniture looks like it's removed from a skip as all damaged, self catering but not adequate to make a sandwich, hotel not willing to sort the air conditioning out and the jet2 area rep a waste of time and lied to us about there being not other rooms even though the hotel web site shows 6 available. Don't book this hotel or use jet2 holidays but book menorca as its brilliant

Excellent location with breathtaking view of the beautiful beach below. Winding down to end the season so very chilled. Staff everywhere on site very friendly. Spotlessly clean apartment and all public spaces. Food was good for the money. Not worth paying extra though for half board plus as drinks available very basic.

If it wasn't for the location then I would mark it don't further. Nice little shop, restaurant 'ok' friendly enough staff. On arrival after travelling since the early hours we were made to wait until 3pm telling us that the room wasn't ready, even though she admitted the hotel was only 75% full. Room smelt damp, was damp and everything smelt after a few days there. Damp marks on the walls, furniture old and damaged, coat rack hanging off the wall and plug sockets hanging off the wall. Room was cleaned everywhere day. Menorca and the cove, sea etc was absolutely beautiful though.

Visited "The Beach Club" in Son Parc Menorca for 11 nights with Jet2 Holidays. As usual with JET2 everything went smoothly from check in to arriving at the Resort and back to East Midlands Airport. Reception at the Resort gave the choice of three different apartments. The one chosen had beach views from the large balcony on one side and the three swimming pools from the other side. The on-site mini market, the bakery, two restaurants, pool bar serving hot snacks and laundrette were all just a couple of minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was well furnished with everything needed. It was spotlessly clean and cleaning services came every other day although as the Resort wasn't full, being in school term time, cleaning turned out to be nearly every day! Be aware that the Resort has quite a few steps and is on a hill. The service at reception and in the buffet restaurant were both excellent. The food was varied, in buffet style, and well presented. Could not fault the Resort in anyway. Planning to re-visit without any hesitation whatsoever!
