The location of the hotel is in a very good place. The staff dealing with the customer is nice and the restaurant was also well hygienic and staff dealing in well mannered. Only suggestion is that the check in and check out timings should be revised and should be 12 pm to 12 am and also flexible with customers as per their train timings on extra payment.

This is one of the best experience during my stay in any hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I stayed with family and they provided us with homely environment during our stay. The food in the restaurant was also very delicious and hygenic. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Special thanks to the manager to make our stay comfortable and relaxing with all the services provided.

Location is good, close to the temple however services can be greatly improved. The room is decent with options of 3, 4, 5 beds, however the bathroom really needs to be cleaner and better. Utensils for tea coffee are broken and dirty. Only positive is decent bedding and polite staff.

Hotel is newly built so room are clean. For any extra adult in a room, folding bed should be provided instead of mattress alone. No guest would want to sleep on the floor just with one mattress. Even other competitors are doing so. I haven seen 1st time any hotel not having a folding bed option. This will definitely not make good customer experience. Also still the lunch and dinner license is under progress, i guess this should have been already claimed while you inaugurated the hotel. Even this is leading to a mixed customer experience

Property is 4 kms away from temple, its on the highway, literally no means of transport available, a rare auto person stops by but asks for rs 250 - rs 300 to take you near to temple, property is 9 kms from railway station, no restaurants available, landlines are always dead, u can't reach receptionists for anything, i requested for a kettle, the care take brought me one, but it was all rusted from inside, and maybe it was an unused kettle for a very long time, after sometime tiny cockroaches started coming out of them, like at-least 15-20 tiny roaches, i couldn't even call the reception to complain so i just, placed the kettle out side far off from my room, while i stayed, there was some power cut issues, and maybe the property doesn't have back-up generators. Room is quite spacious and decent, elegant room has a balcony and refrigerator, only negatives were the transportation issue, kettle, power cut, no restaurant and telephone not working.
