It gave me really relaxing time. The room and bathroom were clean. I loved eating well supplied breakfast early in the morning that starts at 5A.M.
I slept well and ate well. Now, I got the energy back and got ready to continue my journey.

Very nice hotel, room clean and tidy, confy bed. The hotel is very near by the airport and has a shuttle to take you to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There are vending machines on every floor for hot and cold drinks and for snacks. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, sweet and savouryi

First impression is that it's OK, however not a 4 star hotel at all, more like a 3 star. Reception service is good and friendly, but when you go to the restaurant they barely look at you when you want to order. It's like they're trying to hide from their customers. There is almost never anybody if you want to order a drink or a coffee.. terrible F&B management.

Poor communication before arrival. I txt’d asking details on shuttle & no replies.
Terrible poor location if take airport shuttle bus to Terminal 1 -very long walk Don’t do it!
Airport information suggested this.
Cold breakfast like all buffets.

Idea hotel is great for what it is. A hotel with restaurant for a one/two night stay before catching a flight.
It's clean tidy and comfortable enough.
Staff were friendly and super helpful.

I would like to express my utmost disappointment with my stay at this hotel. In my 20-plus years of traveling, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
I checked in around 6 PM, completed all the usual procedures, including a document check, and paid what I believe was a city tax. I later had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. To my surprise, around midnight—at approximately 12:30 AM—my phone started ringing, followed by a knock at the door from the hotel receptionist, asking for my reservation details. I expressed my displeasure at being disturbed at such an hour, as this could have easily waited until checkout. However, she insisted that I show the details immediately and even asked me to come down to the front desk for further verification, which I reluctantly did.
I demand an explanation from the hotel management as to why I was woken up at such an odd hour, especially when I had booked a room specifically for a night of uninterrupted sleep. Otherwise, I could have spent the night for free at the airport terminal.
