The hotel was overrun by teenage baseball teams when I was there, and they were running and yelling in the halls until after midnight. While that isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself, I also didn’t see them do anything to quiet the place down for others. They did take a night off my stay to compensate and were very apologetic about it. I am filling this out not to trash them, but to alert management to make sure they have enough staff, as the front desk person can’t also play the security/crowd control role.

I liked this hotel very much. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice and tables were always bussed and cleaned. There were a lot of choices. The only thing was the couch, it was not that comfortable. The AC in our room gave out but they were very quick to give us a new room with no hassel at all. At one time I did need a second key and they gave me one without checking ID, something I think some training would take care of. The staff were very nice and accomodating.

I booked king room and when we got there they put us in a queen, the fridge was broken and bug stain on bedding, plus the stand where the TV was on had whole panel fall off. Called front desk and they were sold out and so had no other room to put us in. Went in morning to complain to manager but they didn’t get to work until 10:30 and person at the front desk said well u did stay the night. It was 11pm and had no idea of what was available plus we had been in the road since 9am

There were fruit flies in the public men’s room and at the bar area. Really gross and indicative of poor cleaning.

The breakfasts were good: scrambled eggs, a variation of sausage, and either waffles, pancakes, pancakes rolls stuffed with apples, and French toast, along with hot/cold cereals, yogurts, etc. The front desk staff are phenomenal! They have a tiny store to get small snacks and items you may have forgotten. They will loan you an umbrella. Indoor/outdoor fireplace are a nice touch. Walls are thin and you can hear children running through the hallways, but that's everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at this particular hyatt and it did not disappoint. I have stayed at several hyatt hotels and i never had a problem or an issue. Every trip to new jersey i will be staying at that hotel

Despite numerous minor issues with the room the staff was extremely accommodating and sweet and I will definitely be staying here again when I come to town to visit my son.

The hotel is in a nice part of New Jersey. You need a car to get to shops etc but its got lot of shops within 30 min drive. We went upto Whippany and on the 10 road there are plenty of large stores like Marshalls.
