I went to Stefan’s and it was an amazing experience! The staff (Lupho and Andile) was so friendly and even Chef Stefan came to speak to each table. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family for a memorable tasting journey.

Five star experience throughout. From my first telephone conversation with Shadley until I left, it was a pleasure. Luxurious, with class. Very well appointed rooms with quality linen & comfortable beds. Spacious full bathroom and coffee station. Even solo you feel safe there and cosseted. Shuttle service available for airport & surrounding wine farms. Excellent friendly staff.

We had a 3 day training conference. The experience was blissful, wonderful (at times too wonderful) snacks. Dinner always exceeded expectations. If your gonna have training from 13:30 to 20:00 and need to make it pleasant for your employees, Erinvale is your venue.

Excellent place to spend a wintery Saturday afternoon... A table by the fire and petits fours with tea. Excellent service and warm atmosphere. The Terrace in summer can be a nice setting too. Will definitely come back to experience more (the restaurant looks very appealing...)

A very enjoyable stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful (for example, setting up a wine tour for us at short notice). The hotel is beautiful and everything well maintained. They also have a great restaurant called Stefan’s which we would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in Somerset West. If you have to visit this particular area this is the spot to stay. We had a wedding in this area and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel was very kind to accommodate us for an early check in. The wedding started at 1pm and we needed a spot to change and do our makeup. Sadly we were unable to really enjoy the hotel as the wedding was all day but the rooms and lovely. I think the only comment I would make would be an architectural one - the two pools are a little small and the one faces the restaurant so while you’re swimming you have people eating and watching you. Personally I didn’t like that and thought it was a shame they didn’t take advantage of the outdoors and have a bigger pool. Oh yes and the mini bar was terrible ! Nothing in it

An amazing venue to host workshops and conferences. The service was exceptional and left nothing to be desired. We had a few evenings at the restaurant - a place of tranquility and luxury. I feel flattered when walking in here and all the staff made me feel welcome. If you'd like to treat yourself and your team/ other half, this is the place to go for an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful First Class Hotel with excellent rooms Facilities and service. Situated in a stunning region. The whole experience was amazing. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Honeymoon in one of the luxury suits and it was amazing. I also visited the spa while there and had a fantastic massage. All meals were exceptional and after our dinner one of the evenings we came back to a surprise bottle of champagne and desert in our room. Would absolutely love to stay here in the future.

Booked for dinner on Sunday, the 1st of April in the Oaks Terrace, but due to the weather we were given a table in the Magnolia restaurant. The service was absolutely appalling to the point where we had to get up from the table to find somebody to order drinks, even the wine we ordered, we had to serve ourselves, not that we’re not happy to do that, but you would’ve expected, at least one member of staff to offered, but no attention whatsoever. Having eaten in the hotel on many occasions, this was a huge letdown as we took friends who would never been before. The staff were more interested in setting up for breakfast for the following morning and completely abandoned us. Food was very average and we questioned whether it was cooked by a professional chef. Awful experience, I wouldn’t go near it.
