Die neuen Schaukelstühle im Aussenbereich sind sensationell gut. Dafür sind die Säcke in den Tagungsräumen teilweise grenzwertig und man liegt fast auf dem Boden.

Wir waren drei Tage da und das nicht das erste mal. Preis leistungsverhältnis ist kaum zu übertreffen. Super nettes Personal, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im parkähnlichen Gelände. Frühstück ist klasse und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendbuffet mit mindestens zwei warmen Gerichten, kalte Gerichte, Salat und Nachtisch, da ist für jeden was dabei. Diesmal hatten wir den Flugsimulator mit gebucht und das war einsame spitze. Wir werden das ganze wiederholen. Ein schöner wellnessbereich ist auch dabei und die Anlage ist super schön .

Wir waren im Heide Park für eine Nacht und wollten am Anreisetag noch ein bisschen Wellness machen. Das Hotel ist im Kern schön und viele Bereiche (Restaurant, Empfang und Zimmer (bis auf das Bad)) waren modern. Leider ist der Fitnessraum nichts für Kraftsport und das Badezimmer ist etwas altbacken. Insgesamt aber absolut ausreichend für ein paar Nächte. Außerdem in direkter Nähe zum Heidepark.

Sehr schönes Hotel und super Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Gerade für Familien sehr günstig und ruhig gelegen. Das Buffet am Morgen und am Abend sind frisch und die Auswahl ist groß, bei täglich wechselnden Gerichten.

Insgesamt schöne Lage und ruhig.
Allerdings Restaurant im Umbau und deshalb Frühstück in einem der Konferenzräume mit längerem Fußmarsch. Badezimmer veraltet.

Zahlreiche Fahrgeschäfte waren geschlossen, so dass sich natürlich an den restlichen extreme Schlangen bildeten. 60min Wartezeit waren keine Seltenheit, das macht keinen Spaß! Snacks, Eis usw völlig überteuert: Slush-Eis für 7 Eur, das ist unverschämt! Sauber war alles, Pflanzanlagen aber lieblos und tw ungepflegt (verwelkte Pflanzenreste aus dem Vorjahr). Irgendwie enttäuschend! Das war früher besser. Anderen Parks würde ich den Vorzug geben.
