The hotel is big, nice and clean. The hotel rooms have a fair size for a family and same goes for the bathroom. Hope you like to use the stairs because the elevator will never come. The rooms are fairly noise isolated we didn’t hear much noise from the other rooms only from the hallway. If you have small children there is in indoor playground.

We had a 1 night stay at the hotel with 2 days in the park. The hotel is big and has lots space. It is very well kept and clean. Rooms are very well decorated and has a nice size even when we are 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel, has all you could need and want. It works perfect even ind the morning when there is a lot of people. Plus the park mascot and helper does meet and greet at the tables ind the morning - very funny

I absolutely cannot recommend staying here in the summer time. The rooms have no air condition or a fan. It gets extremely hot in the rooms and diffiicult to sleep. There is also a long queue to the dinner and the only time slot we could get was too late for a three year old. The rooms do not have a fridge either and a small water in the lobby costs over €3. I asked in the lobby and they did not have any fans available. The staff is very rude, especially at breakfast, no one was at the breakfast reception and we waited for a while, then we thought we should just sit down but a very rude older lady (with a blond bun) told us to leave (at 9:50, but we were supposed to be able to have breakfast until 10:30). We had already gotten breakfast for the kids so we had to leave it there. One of the reasons why we decided to stay at this hotel was the swimming pool and we made a reservation but it was closed for no reason it seems. Very disappointing hotel.

The first positive surprise was check-in, all before the stipulated time of 15.00 and all online! A machine in reception printed out our room cards and off we went to our room. Very smooth. Our room was the best room I have stayed in in a theme park anywhere. Usually such rooms are a disappointment but this was not: It was huge, light, airy, bathtub in room and funky bathroom. Lots of storage space too. It overlooked the car park but the car park is actually quite pretty! There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this is pretty standard for theme park hotels. The food was good too. A good choice at the buffet, well managed. My boyfriend thought there could have been more vegetarian choices at breakfast (more fish etc) but I was happy with the selection. This is one of the only theme parks which seems to offer half board and the price was reasonable. The park itself is average and although I would not return to the park (rides too short in duration), if I did, I would 100% stay at this hotel again.

We went with out two youngest kids (12m and 14f) and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very nice with large room, a well stocked breakfast and dinner buffet. The park had plenty of rides to our liking. A day and a half well spent.

The stay at the hotel and park was amazing from food to drinks at the bar in the hotel, just one minus point with the check- in , at the time between 4pm and 6pm where guests coming back out of the park, to have just 1 person at the desk wasn't great, would have been good at least 2 members of staff between these hours. Loved my room and made def use of the bathtub in the room. In the park itself due to off season, the queues were acceptable and price/ food sizes were OK too. Def coming back to the hotel and park in the future.

Stayed there one night and got access for two days to the park. The hotel it self is very good compared to other amusement park hotels I have stayed at. The dinner buffet was excellent and everybody found something to enjoy. The same can be said about the breakfast. We enjoyed the indoor pool and saunas.

Good: - Clean resort rooms - Well organised and planned areas - Best for families with small kids - Intense roller-coster rides - Food choices are great Constructive: - Checkin checkout time are really worst (4PM-10AM) its like kicking ppl out early and if we need to checkin early we need to pay extra :( - Printed map is very hard to read and not helpful - Food court menu is not explanatory - could publish menu outside restaurant (we need to go in each restaurant to see the menu)

The room is amazing. The decoration definitely makes us feel like we are in a dreamy world. The receptionist was really friendly as well. We also have dinner at the restaurant. The food is all right simple and delicious. Really have a good stay.
