The St. Croix Inn is a great place to stay with rooms overlooking the lake, a great balcony to enjoy and a bar that is fun. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Definitely would stay there again in the future!

I had a great stay in one of the lake side rooms. Fantastic view nice comfortable beds. The room very clean. Very friendly staff as well. I only wish my schedule wasn’t so tight. I would have loved to stay for a couple of days. I will definitely stay here again my next time I’m in the area

We were seeking a place for a Valentine's Day dinner 2025 and would be staying at our lake house near Solon Springs for the weekend. There wasn't really anything special in the immediate area, until I found this one and it fit what we wanted. We arrived at 5:30PM, so we went to the hotel bar on the main floor and had a drink. It is a teeny little bar and packed with people, but they do have a very comfy couch we could sit on. At 6PM we went downstairs to the sioree' We were greeted and seated at a table for seven people. Live music by a jazz quartet right next to our table. We enjoyed meeting everyone at our table for great conversation. The service was very good and there was a bar to get drinks. The dinner was 4-course. Nothing extravagant, but very good overall. The main course was Coq au Vin. It was snowing heavily outside all evening, but we were cozy, warm and entertained inside. We may be back here again for another event. It was fun.
