Front desk staff was knowledgeable about area, offered great dining recommendations. Room was clean, but oddly shaped. Room needs better lighting options. Would consider staying there again.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean hotel. I was given a room on the fourth floor in a corner. Beautiful room and quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Except for the vacuumed at 11 o'clock at night. That was just weird. Lol

I would recommend a stay!
The hotel was nice and the frontdesk people were very friendly.
Only concern was the late breakfast on Saturday. Didn't start until 7AM and we had very early commitments. Also the TV service was out all of Saturday night and Sunday morning. Somewhat disappointing.

We used this facility for Our Wedding guests. I was overjoyed with the staff and accommodations. Springhill Suites went above and beyond for my Wedding Weekend Extravaganza. I had add-ons at the last minute and they were so understanding. My guests had no complaints. We rented the hospitality room for the weekend for our guest to gather. The transportation to the Wedding venue was
included as well.

I like that there multiple options to eat around the hotel. The pool and hot tub was cleaned thag day. Perfect for the night.
