ALTRO CHE 4 STELLE... Spinto dal pacchetto ALL in Love e dalle foto viste online, decido di regalare l'esperienza alla mia compagna per festeggiare il nostro anniversario... Non l'avessi mai fatto! Struttura dallo stive vecchio e assolutamente non curato, con moquette sporca e mura consumate. La spa compresa nel pacchetto comprende solo idromassaggio, una sauna e un bagno turco... STOP! Tornati in camera, ci riposiamo prima della cena, ma veniamo svegliati da una musica assordante... Stavano preparando una serata evento nella sala di sotto e nessuno ci aveva avvisati (io amo e vivo di musica, ma la stanza tremava...)... Oltretutto la stanza aveva mura spaccate e rotte, tende bucate, luci che non si accendevano.. Un disastro insomma. Per fortuna, dopo esserci lamentati, il direttore ci cambia stanza, sempre della stessa qualità, ma almeno si poteva dormire. La sera, dopo cena, scendiamo per fare un giro della città e al ritorno non c'era più spazio nel parcheggio perché tutto occupato dalle auto della serata musicale e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere la macchina per strada a circa 300m dalla struttura. Uniche note positive, la cena buona (anche se i paccheri dovevano essere un pochino più al dente), e il personale gentile... Ovviamente sorpresa anniversario rovinata...DA EVITARE!

We stayed in this property for the long weekend of April 25th. What to say! Beautiful hotel. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. As regards the spa, Milena and Antonio were very helpful and attentive to our needs, very nice and made us feel at ease. We will definitely be back.

We did a wellness program with massage. The welcome was excellent, very kind and attentive to your needs. The pleasant, relaxing and silent environment. The route is divided into different timed areas that the operator indicates to you. Herbal tea break in the middle, well prepared and assorted, the massage and finally an aperitif with prosecco. Massage much appreciated, made a difference! We had a relaxing massage, the operator was good and professional, I was satisfied! The recommended structure, although a little dated, but fully functional! I would improve the final aperitif, otherwise everything was pleasant and the staff were friendly

Dilapidated structure perhaps is a compliment, indecent, smelly and absurdly dirty. I don't know how the stars were assigned. Mold near the windows, uncomfortable 3 euro pillows not to mention the blanket. Terrible experience, they should really send checks. Never again !

It was an escape for us from the usual stressful routine. I must say that it was worth it. Large and welcoming rooms, even if a little dated, good dinner and friendly staff. The most relaxing thing was the wellness program and that wonderful massage, all very intimate and done well. Milena and the team were fabulous, delicate and attentive, a really sweet massage, I felt warmth and affection, it hit what I needed. Thank you so much, we needed it. Escaping from routine is precisely for this purpose, to recharge and receive pampering all for yourself. Until next time!

We stayed in this hotel using a Smartbox. I don't know if this, as happens in other structures unfortunately, is a reason for not receiving a fair service. The hotel itself is very dated and even a little neglected. Cramped room, old bedspread ruined by stains and tears. Even the towels were worn. The room had a very awkward and childish attempt at a romantic setting. A huge glitter flower on the bed with various petals, a wooden writing, some sad flowers plus fake rose heads on the pillows which made a very bad impression. Despite the smoking ban, the corridor was filled with the bad smell of cigarettes coming from the adjacent rooms. Poor breakfast. When we got off at 8, we found cereals, a plum cake, croissants, biscuits, eggs to make and a couple of slices of ham but everything was poorly presented. Not 4 stars, and perhaps not even many 3 stars. Comfortable mattress, much better than many other hotels. Great air conditioning until the night it was automatically set to 30 degrees and we couldn't turn it down. Despite the cold outside, we were forced to turn it off and open the window to recycle the air a bit; 30 degrees is a lot. We couldn't use the spa as it was closed on Monday and we preferred to go to a pub for dinner. The staff were polite but not smiling at all. If you have to stay there it's ok but if you go by choice, to dedicate a bit to yourself, it was disappointing.
