The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. Always successful.

I can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation. I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean. Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy! For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner. On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much. I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ). Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me. For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED! See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me. ( even if it's not free but at least they provide some ) but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.

I went here alone because I wanted to try something new last week. I was not dissapointed, the service was really nice and the room was also very comfortable. The breakfast food was really delightful and the sky lounge bar and pool had the best view.

Strategic location near legi market, easy to walk to legi market for food. Parking lot is also quite large, when staying all smooth no problem at twin star hotel. The suggestion of not to hold/save the customer's ktp or sim is just copying/scan.

I stayed here for a day for a trip, the hotel location is very strategic, close to shopping malls (PGS, BTC, Klewer Market, Gede Market), but also sweep on the road concentration in front of the hotel, It's a bit difficult to cross but the hotel security guard is eager to help, for night culinary is also a lot around the hotel, enough for walking or wanting to ride a rickshaw. When entering the hotel staff warmly greets and served well, a bit unfortunately after from the lobby we passed the kiddoz pool when there were children swimming, the floor was certainly wet, Maybe it's a reconsideration of the road. In the hotel hallway twisted the candles of the Quran that soothing heart. The hotel room is quite large, the facilities are complete, there is coffee, tea and snack in the room, for worship is also available Sajadah, but I don't find the Koran like any other review, maybe with request provided. At the time we reported that there was no bath mat, the staff eagerly took them to the room.
