Surakarta Hotels with Bars

This my second stay in last 2 months, just havent got chance to wrote some review. We stay for 2 nights on each occasions, i bring my wife, 3 kids below 9 and my mom. We book executive room, which has small livinv room with couch. Good room size, clean, bright, comfy bed and couch (can accomodate for 1 adult to sleep), but Pillow is too hard so i ask for replacement. Bathroom was also clean and has nice ambience, aminity was okay. Check in and check out process was fast and efficient, staff was kind and attentive. Swimming pool size was good, no slides etc but its okay. I tried their room delivery bfast and buffet. Buffet serve various menu but taste wise is average. In room dining serve good portion and menu variety (i choose american breakfast). The only minus point is locations, surrounded by bus and train station in bit strander area so we need car to reach nearest restaurant or supermarket. But it should be not a problem if you brought car. To conclude everythung, we love our stay in this hotel and it become our favorite in Solo. We usually stayed in Alila but now we prefer Swisbel hotel.

For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

First time stay in Ibis style with familly its good sevice from reception already prepare for birthday cake for my princess, from HK also always give the fast service for the breakfast its enought delicious and many choise i hope can get bigger room for next stay ,:)) but over all Ibis style solo ITS worthit to leisure..love it

Solia Hotel's location is quite strategic, near Solo Balapan train station, food scene and easy to get anywhere from there. Check-in process wasn't smooth, but it is totally understandable because the hotel was fully booked and many guests came at the same time. But hopefully the management can anticipate this and do better in the next holiday season. The lobby is a beautiful Javanese old building, pleasantly scented, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are located on the newer building on the back. They provide traditional beverages for welcome drinks. The room was clean, water and AC worked well. Bed and pillow were comfortable although there were some stains and holes on the bedsheets. Door handles of balcony almost broke because of its unusual way to open and close (though the management has stuck the instructions on the door). This hotel is recommended for those whose in budget and need centrally located hotel.

the location of the hotel in the city center although it is a bit into the alley,but the alley is big.the hotel became one with the cafe in the front area.the parking lot is quite large and is distinct between hotel guests and cafe guests.the alley exit is a little bit of food vendors. For the staff very very friendly and informative. There is a deposit that I forgot the amount (it seems 100k). Eco hotel concept without elevator. Each floor is provided with a water dispenser. for the room i booked it was a bit narrow and it was stuck between the tray and the table,so it had to be a bit jumping.but overall it was very comfortable,the mattress was soft,the tv signal was ok,the ac was quick to cool down,the water heater was ok,and the room was clean

The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. We booked a twin room for two nights. On the first night the music and karaoke from the bars next door made it impossible to sleep. The hotel explained that there was nothing they could do about the noise and that it would end by 11.00. It was dreadful in the actual room with doors and windows shut - it did not stop until after 11.30 pm. We had paid for two nights but left after one. We could put up with the grubbiness of the room but the music from two separate venues was deafening and made it a very bad sleeping experience. I would advise against staying there because of the noise from the bars nearby.

I can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation. I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean. Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy! For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner. On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much. I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ). Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me. For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED! See you again Solia Zigna. Thank you for everything PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me. ( even if it's not free but at least they provide some ) but no Judge, most restaurant or Coffee shop in Solo doesn't have Plant base milk.
