A marvellous hotel with mordern infrastructure . Its literally next to the Urisksdal railway station ( 1 minute walk ). Breakfast was marvellous , dinner at the hotel was perfect . The pool was not working duting our visit , it was under some maintanance but we had the chance to use the sauna ( at an extra cost) and it was fantastic . I would definitely recommend .

A nice well-functioning modern hotel, excellent choice when visiting Arenastaden. Review based on a one-night stay in May (background of spending 80+ nights per year in different hotels around the globe). Location: Just around the corner from Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. So a lot of things to do, shops and places to drink & eat. Bus & train in the neighborhood, not too far to tram either. Råstasjön lake and a small nature reserve just across the street offering nice possibilities for a walk/run. Room: Had a single room in the 4th floor. While it was not the biggest room I’ve seen, it was more than enough for a single traveler like me. Décor was nice, simple modern design without going overboard. The room was quiet, with practically no noise from the other rooms or corridor. Perfectly clean with no stains or signs of usage anywhere. Etc: Check-in & out was very efficient. Breakfast was not really luxurious as such but good enough to get the day started, so no complaints there either Would I return there? Yes sure, a good modern hotel very well located to visit businesses in Arenastaden

Arriving during mall hours okay cos can access by cutting through mall. But we arrived late night so it was quite far to manage my luggage. Overall was enjoyable stay as it is walking distance to train station. The buffet breakfast was good.

We stayed here at the end of January for 2 nights. It is about 8 mins walk from Kista Station, which is about 15 mins on the underground to central Stockholm. The area around the hotel is like a business park kind of thing but the station is in/adjacent to a shopping centre with lots of food options and shopping. The welcome we received was warm and our room was great, with excellent facilities and was very clean. Even though the train track is right next door it was lovely and peaceful. We had the free breakfast both mornings. It was lovely! There's a few different cereals, fresh bread, eggs, cheese, different cold meats, yoghurt, plant based as well as cows milk, and hot options like meatballs, bacon, omelettes. Check out was late (12:00) so that was really useful. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again

The hotel was in the centre of a shopping precinct which is good during the day, but the bars & restaurants inside the precinct close around 8pm and the hotel I believe only provides snacks/rolls I believe . no evening dinners. There are other restaurants outside the precinct including Burger King. Their buffet breakfasts in the Hotel are very good with lots of choices - thoroughly recommend. I have stayed here twice - once in a cheaper room and once in a larger room. The cheaper, single room was OK but on the small side. Staff were excellent. I shall stay here again

On the day of our arrival, while we were travelling to Stockholm, the hotel calls to inform me that they are overbooked. We were given the choice of either staying at a different hotel in a regular room, which we declined, or stay in two different rooms during our two night stay. We chose the latter, but I wish we hadn't. We originally booked a superior room for both nights, but we were given what they called a ”family room” the first night. It was the worst night I've ever had in a hotel. The room – yes, it was big, but insanely hot and right next to the reception at the same level as the street, so also incredibly noisy. And the next day we had to wait several hours for our new room. When I complained in the reception about this inconvenience, we were only offered 500 SEK compensation. We were to pay 8418 SEK for the entire stay, so I fell we were undercompensated for our terrible experience. This was the Eras Tour weekend, so problably why the prices were so high. I have also emailed the hotel, but they never replied. Steer clear if you value sleep during your hotel stay.

The apartment was clean and comfy. The room is spacious and well-equipped (incl. kitchen utilities). A breakfast was included (rather small and not that delicious, but it was ok). Things that might be improved: 1) We were given only 1 key room. It not that bad, but the thing is that you can’t go down by elevator without a key. It is uncomfortable in case your roommate is leaving earlier. 2)Although you can buy water at the reception, it would great if the snacks fridge didn’t require registration in an app/special card. Overall, everything was fine. Friends arena is located ~ 30 min walking. There is a shop and a couple of restaurants near by.

Great place to stay centrally in Stockholm. We Walker everywhere and did not take public transportation at all. Fantastic views from the room. We chose a superior room with private bathroom and everything lived up to our expectations. You just have to remember that this is a budget hotel and hostel. Very cheap for a central location in Stockholm. We visited in January, but the room was nice and warm. Bathroom was not heated, but they had placed an electric heater that we turned on while using the bathroom and that was just fine for us. The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in several hours early. We had only asked if we could leave our bag, but they had the room available. Probably possible due to low occupancy in January. I loved the unique stay and would definitely recommended. Would like to visit again in the spring or summertime.

Upon entry it was clear we had made the right decision. Welcoming staff (to be fair everyone we encountered on our trip was too), room was big enough and bathroom was incredible. Under floor heating when it's -14 outside is always a nice touch. Our very cheap rate included breakfast, fika (snack) and dinner every night. The food could sometimes have been a little hotter, and there is normally only one choice in the evening, but this was fine for us as it was always delicious. A good way to save money in quite an expensive city. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay but the company (nordic choice) had been hacked so their computer system was down, so can't blame them. They had cleaned well prior to our arrival so this didn't impact us much either. There was easy transport links less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely be back

GGuest UserStayed here with a large group of physicians during a week-long course that was held at Karolinska. When we went back to the breakfast hall to get coffee, we were questioned by a lady who appeared to be in some sort of management position. I don't believe she would've treated guests with conventionally Swedish appearances with the same suspicion. Breakfast was surprisingly disappointing—limited options in the way of cold-cuts etc, bacon and sausage of low quality and poorly prepared, wet scrambled eggs that didn't seem to have been salted properly, mushrooms that tasted as if they'd been boiled rather than fried (poor technique), odd choices wrt serving utensils resulting in sticky messes. Elite's various hotels usually have better breakfasts. Pretty much all items were lactose-free, which was nice. Proximity to Karolinska an advantage if you have business there, but the area isn't nearly as convenient as more centrally located hotels if you want to explore Stockholm. Due to construction—the entire area is currently a construction site—bus-stops are a bit of a walk away from the main entrance, and there are no metro stations nearby. That said, if you must stay close to Karolinska, there's no better choice, and many of the most enjoyable parts of Sthlm are around 30-40 minutes away by public transit. My room was spacious, and the view would've been nice were it not for all the construction. However, the bathroom sink was inexplicably clogged. Completely open hotel wifi was a major disadvantage, very surprising in 2022. However, I was able to access Region Stockholm's wifi network from my room, and eduroam is also available. For lunch, be sure to check out nearby Caribbean restaurant Cane Rum Society. Cheap food options are somewhat limited, but there are burger joints, grocery stores, etc. a short walk away. In short, if you have a course or conference or the like at Karolinska—right across the street—then this hotel is very convenient. Otherwise, if you're visiting Stockholm for any other reason, this is probably not a great choice. Recommend hotel staff reflect on their biases—being treated with suspicion really turned what would've otherwise been an unremarkable hotel stay into an unpleasant one.

CChen1. Location: this hotel is very close to the Stockholm commuter train station: Solna. It takes approximately 10 minutes by walk from the station to the hotel. As an option, it’s able to take a bus no. 513 (just outside of the station) to the hotel.
2. Breakfast: it’s a buffet. It offers meatballs, sausages, fried eggs and so on. Vegetarian option is also available, including vegetable and fruit salads (I had lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers and watermelon). Kitchen staffs are helpful and friendly 😊
3. Rooms: we reserved a standard queen room for five nights. The room itself is about 18 m2, but has almost everything we need.
4. Hotel facilities: the laundry room is free of charge, just need to book in advance. Gym room has many equipment. Living room is very cozy, could be a good idea to just relax, take a cup of coffee (need to pay extra) and read a book.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and would love to visit it again!

In Northern Europe, where land is at a premium, the price/performance ratio is very high. Also, I would like to mention that the hotel is not open 24 hours a day. If you arrive after 3 pm, you may not be able to check in. You need to contact the hotel in advance.

GGuest UserWe stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. Special thanks to these two diamond workers 69*6 and 72*6 💎💎🫶 Vi stannade 2 nätter under Taylor Swift-konserthelgen. Jag blev kontaktad i förväg om den tidigare ankomsttiden då vi kom riktigt tidigt på morgonen med båt till Sverige. Incheckning utlovades mot en extra avgift vid 12-tiden När vi kom till platsen fick vi inte denna service, eftersom rummet inte var städat ännu. 1,5 timme senare försökte jag presentera mitt ärende för en annan person som arbetade på respa, och just denna 69*6 räddade vår dag och resan genom att checka in oss utan att ta betalt för den tjänsten igen. Rummet var rent och vi fick extra handdukar genom att fråga städarna. Frukosten var omfattande och mättande. Hotellet låg inom gångavstånd från Friends Areena. När vi skulle iväg tidigt på morgonen tog vi fortfarande med oss frukostpåsarna. Personen 72*6 som hjälpte oss på respa på morgonen var extremt vänlig. Speciellt tack till dessa två diamantarbetare 69*6 och 72*6 💎💎🫶
