Beautifully presented hotel situated at the top of the main town square so very easy to get around the area. I didn't have a car so I enjoyed walking. Getting public transport is also very accessible as long as you don't have mobility issues, such is the nature of a beautiful and historic town. The staff team are wonderful. Polite, smiley, welcoming and helpful. It's a place where you can relax and feel very comfortable. Great value for money and a proper flavour of the history of Sóller. Really lovely fresh, local produce and the new chef is maintaining the previous high standards and doesn't disappoint!! I had the seafood paella last night and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at the hotel, including Maintenance, who do such a good job and made my stay such a great one. Your attention to details is very much appreciated.

Spacious and comfortable room with convenient features including HVAC, heated towel rail and jacuzzi tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the center of town. Lunch and dinner menu choices were a bit limited for a stay of 5+ days so would recommend considering some alternative dishes.

I Booked this “hotel” based on all the nice reviews…wow, not sure what or why but overall I feel that if you are American, you are not welcome here! We were given a teeny tiny room without working AC (it only blew air, we were not told this), it was up several flights of stairs very difficult to manage with suitcases. I booked a room for 2 based on the picture you see posted on this site, and expected a king or 2 twins, not a Double bed! The linens were cheap and smelled of others having used them, and we sweated all night! Plus we were “sold” their gated private parking for $12 EU, and were given the lousiest spot in said lot (most other spots were empty). And it was a 3 block walk to boot. NO one mentioned that the road between the hotel and the parking lot would be completely blocked by market vendors in the morning! So while I waited in the hotel for my husband to bring the car round, he was miserably lost trying to find an alternative route back to the hotel, on the skinny cobblestone streets. This delayed us by an hour, and it was Scary and frustrating to say the least. And the “included” breakfast was awful and picked over, at 9 am. Service and helpfulness was a big zero, so disappointing. I’m being completely honest here, never got any apology the hassle either. I would not recommend this place, at all. Two stars is too much, really.

Traditional hotel in the centre of Soller. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Gluten-free bread on request. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Great walking in the area. Sauna is small and basic but good for easing the muscles after a hike.

Clean, well equipped rooms. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Excellent location...right near the train and tram station. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Internet was fast. I would highly recommend this hotel. We hiked the GR221 and found El Guia to be one of the best hotels we stayed at.

the hotel was very welcoming and friendly food was excellent and rooms were very good, more of a traditional Spanish hotel and very much on traditional Mallorcan food located very close to transport and central to Soller, as a base to explore the town and the area this was excellent!

A traditional family owned hotel in the heart of Soller near the tram terminus in a quiet location with a small courtyard entrance. There is a small pool at the back with a view of the Tramuntana range. Very friendly staff, clean accommodation and good food. We have been about 6 times and love it.

The hotel is situated at the heart of Sóller behind the Church of St Bartomeu at the end of the Sóller to Port Sóller tramway. The room was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were pleasant and welcoming (the waitress serving breakfast was especially pleasant and jolly) The breakfasts were an ‘all you could eat’ buffet with all the usual items….fruit, bacon, eggs, bread croissants etc. There is restaurant which serves evening meals with fish being the main item on the menu. It is an ideal hub for venturing out in to the local area especially Port Sóller which is around a hours walk (if you follow the main road) or half an hour if you take the tram. We would definitely stay there again.
