The hotel is conveniently located on the boardwalk at the southwest end of the harbor. Great location to restaurants and shops. Hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A number of the rooms overlook with balconies overlook the boardwalk and harbor. West side rooms with balconies overlook adjacent building and mostly unusable due to the sun direction. This single fact is reason for four stars instead of five stars.

Would have given it 5 stars apart from a few minor issues. Liquid soap is provided in plastic bottles mounted on the bathroom walls. You have to squeeze them to get the soap out but it's really difficult especially when the bottles are half empty, as ours was when we arrived. My wife could not get any out. I had to help her and I really struggled. I asked reception twice if they would arrange for them to be filled but nothing happened. I also complained about the jacuzzi bath not working and again no action was taken. Otherwise we really liked the hotel. Breakfast was good and on our last day they laid out an early breakfast especially for us as we were leaving early.

I will caveat this saying we were in an economy double room, but was surprised at the decor/state of the room when we checked in. Getting out of the elevator to go to the room there were chairs stacked in the hallway leading to our room, which was tucked in the back corner of the hotel. It felt like a maintenance hallway almost. In the room, the furniture seemed very cobbled together and it and the floor/coloring didn't match the photos online stylistically (I forgot to take a picture of the room unfortunately), and then the bathroom wasn't in great condition. Attached a couple of photos. The other annoying thing is they push the twin beds together to make a double, but they don't use the mattress pads that help keep the beds together so the beds would drift apart if you moved around. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean, just saw a few bugs in the room (ants mostly). The staff was helpful and nice and their parking is really convenient. I would highly suggest avoiding any of their double rooms if you're a couple, and would definitely avoid their economy rooms. Once you go the higher rate room though, might not make this hotel worth the price.

Quietly located away from the main run of restaurants and other large hotels but still very accessible. Family owned and run so personal service, lovely staff and made to feel very welcome. Bedrooms are a little small but comfortable and most with a balcony. Can recommend room 207 which is a corner room with 2 balconies! One small criticism is that at breakfast selection can be rather limited as food runs out and is not automatically replaced. Port de Soller is a secluded location, very much at the end of the line. Accessible for walking, bike riding and other pursuits but is quieter and being sheltered provides excellent sunshine and bathing options in clear blue water.

Overall very positive 7 day stay. The hotel was so nice I extended from my original 4 days. Updated rooms and the entire facility was well maintained. This is a smaller hotel, not a big chain. The location and view are spectacular. Even if your room does not have a view of the ocean, go outside! Breakfast had a wide selection, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, pastries, coffee, juice. The restaurant has a limited menu, 5 appetizers, 2 salads, and about 6 entree's , however, I tried most of it over several days and every meal was outstanding. The staff spoke multiple languages (Spanish, German, English) and were very gracious and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Highly recommended!

The location was wonderful - right on the beach and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Parking was easy and nearby, but does costs an extra 12 euro a night. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Perfect location for our family right on the beach in the port. Very friendly staff, excellent food and very comfortable clean and tidy rooms. The owner was very helpful when we had a personal issue to deal with and he leant us some equipment. Highly recommended

5 Star Experience. Luis the owner and his staff are amazing. Our full sea view room was perfect. Breakfast is amazing with many choices. Hotel is at the quiet end of the port away from the tram stop. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in 12 days. Exceptional in every way.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. They were friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The whole experience was positive and we would definitely stay there again and perhaps book bed breakfast (which was fabulous) and evening meal. We do not enjoy trailing round looking at menus and many places were fully booked at popular times. The room was not massive but absolutely adequate and balcony which was described as lateral view was lovely and we could see the sea etc without having to get up. We have stayed in BandB in soller but we prefer the port. We went self catering last year and booked an apartment. We are planning to go next year and will try and book Los geranios again without hesitation. Thank you to the team and in particular Ruth who helped us with walking trails and also stored our luggage on the day of departure.
