Fergus Style Soller Beach

Great location - to sit out and enjoy the generous buffet breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff - we had a drain smell promptly dealt with. Clean rooms - and well maintained by the cheery cleaners. Swimming pool - 2 minutes walk away and a haven of peace from the busy beach.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel in May. The hotel is situated front line and central in Port de Soller. It is well worth paying the supplement for a sea view room as the views over the beach and marina are superb. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower was very good. The hotel is also blessed with excellent staff in all departments. They are helpful, friendly and efficient. We were staying on a room and breakfast tariff but enjoyed very good lunches there most days.

This hotel is well situated, right in the middle of Port de Soller's main street. W stayed for a week and were very happy with the facilities and services. The reception staff in particular were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Another guest suffered a medical emergency when we were there and spoke very highly of the care and professionalism of the team at the hotel in securing treatment for them. We were in a room in the annex. It's about 50 metres along the street but the swimming pool is in the same complex. The room was on the third floor. it was simply furnished but well maintained and extremely spacious, with two balconies, one overlooking the pool and one with an excellent view of the surrounding hills. The breakfasts had ample choice with hot and cold options including omelettes made to order. We also at in the attached restaurant a couple of times. The food was fine and the location could not be bettered with a view of the daily promenade. The tram stop is a few yards away and the bus station less than five minutes walk. The buses are very easy to use with a tap on, tap off payment system with contactless cards.

A lovely clean and modern hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptional with great choices of all kinds. The location just across the road from the beach was great and very convenient for the tram while people watching at the bar was good fun. We would go again.

The hotel was fantastic right on the beach the buffet breakfast was great with excellent choice (even had cava one day just to try), The restaurant food was as great for tapas the grilled squid was excellent (I did not try the burgers fish & chips etc), All the staff from room service reception to the bar and restaurant staff were efficient & friendly. The only downfall we had was that we were in the annex where the rooms had no air conditioning or ceiling fans which made a good nights sleep impossible even sleeping on top of the cover's and that was in May

Although lacking some of the amenities and I would have expected of a 4 star hotel, we had a very enjoyable stay here. The positives are definitely the location, Cata and the other front desk staff who were all exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and generous with their time, and the superb breakfast buffet which offered a huge variety and was of a very high standard. The one dinner and few snacks we had in the Ciales restaurant and bar were also good. Our room was quiet, comfortable, functional and clean but fairly basic and showed a bit of wear and tear. A few minor annoyances like no tissues and, although a kettle and cups were supplied, coffee and tea bags had to be obtained from reception; a bit of a false economy when the hotel seems unconcerned about power usage as power in the room was not controlled by the room key-card but a separate card which could be left in all the time. We were sorry that when we booked no sea view rooms were available, and booked a suite in the hope that this would at least have some sort of view, but in fact we pretty much had no view at all which was disappointing. Otherwise, though, the hotel definitely met our needs and I would happily return (but only to a sea view room).

Wonderful hotel in ideal location on beachfront and near marina, on the promenade. Very friendly and helpful staff. They really went over and above for us. Great room, also nice bar, and the food and drinks were very good. We would highly recommend this place, we loved it.

This hotel claims to be 4 star but isn't. Noisy rooms Scuffy Laundry trolley outside our door every day for most of the day No lounge just a sports bar with automatic doors so cold Kettle and cups in rooms but no tea / coffee No welcome drink on arrival No shower gel / hat / tissues Holes in beach towels ( 10e deposit) Nowhere to hang dresses apart from bathroom door Breakfast not worth bothering about No late checkout Friendly staff

A warm and friendly reception staff and generally all hotel staff members Good choice of food for breakfast. Room was comfortable with a lovely view of the harbour and beach.In a good place for local bus service .Good area for walking.
