I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had, featuring local Mallorca specialties. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Aliane—she was not only extremely competent but also stunningly beautiful, truly the best person on Mallorca! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it a perfect choice. I stayed for three nights with a colleague for cycling, and the hotel even had a garage available for bicycles—super convenient!

This is a lovely hotel beautiful view from beachfront rooms you have the beach and the old tram passing by if you like people watching it’s fabulous. Breakfast was great we were only B & B but did have dinner a few times in hotel which was excellent. The staff were nice and helpful. Port de Soller is a lovely up market resort. We didn’t see any English or Irish bars so wouldn’t recommend if you like like that kind of thing. Was more expensive than other resorts we’ve stayed in before but everywhere’s gone up in price. Soller old town is very nice and surrounding villages which you can get local buses to.

Outstanding location. Comfortable and clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, particularly reception staff. Would definitely go again. We love Port de Soller. It’s a great holiday destination in Mallorca. The resort is in such a beautiful setting. There is plenty of fabulous walking in the Sierra Tramuntana, and there are easy, cheap transport links from here to other lovely places such as Deià, Valldemossa and of course, Palma.

Nice hotel and the service was great. Parking is difficult at first but then you figure out how it works. Don’t expect to park close if you have a rental car. Room walls are a little thin so you will have some noise and the rooms can get stuffy not enough air circulation, we went and bought a fan, which made it better. The view from our balcony was great.

This hotel is in the perfect location just a stones throw away from the beach The thing that makes this hotel is the friendly staff from the reception to the lady who cooked the eggs and omelette in the morning nothing was to much trouble the only downside is the food was that good I put 6lb on in 6 days

What a fabulous setting.. right on the harbour front with the beach just across the road, trams to Soller and beyond Trundley past as you sip your Aperol Spritz or Cafe to suit… attentive staff smart rooms and excellent breakfasts what more could ou ask for?

We had a lovely stay here. Staff are so lovely. Great location. We stayed In a room that had a jacuzzi on the terrace- this was lovely. The biggest issue was absolutely zero soundproofing between these rooms. We could hear the people chatting two rooms away (and this wasnt raised voices ) . We could hear someone vomiting in their toilet, a baby crying during the night was like being in our room. I've stayed here before in a different room and didn't experience this so could be this section - so invest in earplugs if on the 4th floor.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location on the port. The view is even better than in the photos. Staff were very friendlycouldnt do enough for me and my wife. Lovely breakfast with something for everyone. Cant recommend highly enough. Will definatley visit again.
