The Sierra de la Tramuntana is a Unesco World Heritage Site and offers wonderful places with different routes adapted to all levels and ages, both in the mountains and in the countryside, by the sea or inland. Our holiday home is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of the mountains and the bay with its sandy beach (partial view). Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. The house was completed in 2021 - it impresses with its high-quality furnishings and panoramic views. There is a communal pool with sun loungers and parasols. The beach is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. PLEASE also note our information:Tourist services of any kind are not part of this contract and are also not offered by this provider. -- IMPORTANT -- !! The rental price does not include service and cleaning fees or the Balearic Ecotax (tourist tax) !!! These fees will be paid on the day of arrival in cash, directly to the administration on site !!! - Final cleaning in the amount of 180,-€ - once - - Laundry package per stay/per person 25,-€ - Balearic Ecotax (tourist tax) per adult (from 17 years) per night 2,25 € The so-called linen package includes per person - complete bed linen - 2 towels - 1 large bath towel - 1 large towel for the sunbeds inside our finca (not for the beach!) Information about the ECOTAX (a kind of tourist tax): This is a local tax from the Mallorcan government, which we have to pass on 1:1. Furthermore, a deposit of 400,-€ in cash is to be paid, which you will get back immediately on departure, if this would not be charged for damages caused by you. !! PLEASE NOTE !!! Towels are not provided for the beach. If you wish to visit the sandy beach, you must bring your own beach towel. Friendly notes: 1. due to the hillside location, the "holiday domicile" and the pool are each located on the 1st floor in two separate house areas, which are accessible via external staircases. We would like to point this out especially for guests with limited mobility. 2. the private car park in front of the house is not cordoned off, so that parking offenders can also park there. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. However, there are enough parking spaces within a radius of 50 metres. Our on-site manager is always available to provide advice and assistance. All bedrooms are laid with real wood "oak" parquet flooring. Beautiful views and quiet with a close by pool. A very high standard of villa and only 15 min walk to the beautiful port de Soller. However you need to be fit for the very steep walk back up as taxis are difficult to get at certain times of day. Would be ideal to have a car. The owner was really helpful and kind

Great house and experience Great experience overall. Sleeps 6. Always quick response from host and very friendly. Great neighborhood and has its own parking. Very clean, About 15 min walk to the marina and restaurants. The only downside is pool is not in the same building as house, hot water in shower only lasts about 5 min so most of us had to shower with cold water and cleaning fee pricing different than stated on listing. Other than that, great house and location, 100% recommend staying here. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing house We were two families traveling with 4 children (9-14 years), who had a magical stay in this amazing house and enjoyed every second there. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, the common pool and not least the view. Wow! The house is newly renovated and feals quite luxurious. We also got a lot of advice and help from the house owners, both before and during the trip. Also from their local contact who served us very well. All that felt very valuable and we felt really taken care of. Port de Soller is a super cozy village that has several good restaurants, and a long sandy beach that never feels crowded. Overall we feal that we can´t recommend this house enough, and would love to come back.

Perfect holiday We had a perfect family holiday. The villa was perfect, clean and modern with absolutely outstanding views. The children were never out of the pool, it was one of our best holidays and we definitely would return.

Helt fantastiskt boende, rekomenderas varmt! Vi är så nöjda, stora fräscha rum och gott om plats för oss att äta tillsammans. Allt man kan önska fanns i köket. Läget oslagbart med fantastisk utsikt över hela dalen och hamnen.Fin pool på terassen. Lugn och trygg gata. Supertrevlig värd.
