Amazing hotel. Spa is stunning and restaurant is really nice

Terrible experience. The staff was disrespectful and unfriendly. The air conditioning in the rooms were not working. The restaurant is not part of the hotel so it’s not possible to use offers from IHG hotel group. Unfortunatly this is the only IHG hotel in Stockholm.

OK as a hotel but very insufficient staff. Located in the outskirts of the city, in the Kista area. We didn’t take the public transport to the center, but by taxi it was a 20min drive max.. We liked the fact that it’s a new hotel with a nice gym, sauna and pool. You need to book for the pool though, and on weekends the pool gets very busy. So busy that we couldn’t get in. The staff seemed insufficient and most of the time, there was no one at the reception to assist. Breakfast buffet is quite simple. You can order one dish from the a la carte menu, but most dishes come cold as they have been prepared earlier. One morning, the crepes ran out 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and they couldn’t make any more. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Finally, and most outrageously, one day my partner was feeling unwell and asked the reception for a painkiller, as he was alone in the room. They told him they didn’t have any and couldn’t send someone to the nearest pharmacy, which is only 500 meters away. When asked to call the pharmacy since he didn’t speak Swedish and request that the pharmacy deliver a box of pills to the hotel. They refused to find the number and call. Sorry, but this is BAD customer service. I assume the hotel would be great for guests that are visiting Stockholm and Kista for business.

Nice, new hotel, lobby and interiors are gorgeous. Really modern and well equipped gym by hotel-standards, which I was really happy for. Also a nice pool and jacuzzi for you to spend time at. Train station is around a 10 min walk which was fine, in order to get into the centre of Stockholm, it took around 20mins on train. This was great but there were repeated mistakes/errors made by the team throughout our stay, (minor, but very consistent), ranging from wrong food orders to missed deliveries up to the room, which was a little annoying. The showers are quite cold even at the hottest and I wouldn't recommend ordering room service, it took over an hour to deliver and we were given the wrong items. It's unfortunate that these mistakes detracted a bit from the overall stay, it could also be as it's a new hotel and they are still figuring things out. Otherwise a pretty and clean hotel

Brand new hotel. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is superb- there is various choice of food plus you can order from ala carte menu freshly prepared breakfast for you. Gym and spa are specious, brand new. Water in the pool had very comfortable temperature. Just small minus- you have to go to the spa through the corridor and the stairs, so you need to change your clothes in the spa, not in the room.
