I found the whole experience to be very enjoyable and relaxing as travelling as a solo person for the first time. The wellness centre was a great bonus. The food was a real treat. A great selection both for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Staff were excellent

The location of the hotel was perfect for the view and the peace and quiet! The garden was perfect for resting and getting some sun. Lots of nice places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the afternoon snack. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are maybe old fashioned but very clean and comfy. We loved it!

Just on our last night at this lovely hotel. We stayed over new year as a family of four. We chose one of the "Family" rooms which was great for 2 adults and two teenage girls. There is a separate bedroom with two single beds, in the main room area is a large double bed with separate sofa/table/sitting area, there is a separate toilet and alsod a separate bathroom with a heated floor. The breakfast has a large selection of self service items to suit all tastes, including some lactose free options. Evening meals are amazing, great salad buffet, two entrées, a choice of 3 or 4 main meals plus a choice of desserts. They will even provide off menu items for children such as schnitzel n chips if the kids don't fancy what is on offer. The staff are very professional and attentive. Our main waiter on this occasion was David who went above and beyond checking allergy information formour youngest daughter. There is plenty of parking, during the winter there are 5 or 6 ski buses in the morning and same again in the afternoon, these start/finish at the AlpenSchlössl so you will always get a good seat on the bus in the morning even in peak season busy times. The bar and reception staff who are also very professional and helpful throughout the day. We'll be back again!!

A beautiful location especially if you have a room looking down the valley to the south of the hotel. The room we had was generous with a separate toilet and a separate bathroom and a balcony looking down the valley. The rooms are serviced each day but bathroom products were not replenished. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The location is removed from any of the nearby villages so if you don't have your own transport you have to walk or use taxis. Walking is easy and there are many tacks around. The weather can be everything in one day: cold, rain, sun ... The restaurant provides breakfast and dinner. The dinner was a variety of small dishes in 5 courses and was delicious. We were surprised to be told we were the first Australians to stay here.

What a beautiful family run hotel. So warm and comfy, really super food and service, swimming pool area very nice ...and the sauna area fantastic. Hotel room very nice and pillows are so comfortable. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend.

A hotel where you feel at home! We had no complaints. The location is wonderful, with a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun and an afternoon snack. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, as is the wellness area, which invites you to relax. The food is very good and the service staff are extremely competent and friendly. Highly recommended!

The Hotel AlpenSchlössl is located opposite the Hohe Salve on a slight hill and is easy to reach (signposted when turning off the main road, approx. 800 m). The connection to the Söll ski area is excellent with the ski bus (every half hour), which stops right in front of the hotel. The food (breakfast, 3/4 board) with choice of menus is very good, as are the other facilities in the hotel (rooms, wellness, indoor pool, parking spaces). Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

I more than enjoyed my stay at the Hotel AlpenSchlössl! A well-maintained and clean hotel at a perfect altitude with a wonderful view awaited me. I felt very comfortable in my attractive and large room (with balcony and separate toilet). The pampering board was excellent; a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired, an afternoon snack with savoury and sweet dishes and a delicious 4-course menu plus a rich salad buffet - what more could you want... The dishes were very tasty and attractively prepared and were served hot on pre-warmed plates. The indoor pool is very beautifully designed, with a waterfall, massage jets and an aerator in the middle, and there are loungers and resting bunks for relaxing. I did not use the large sauna and wellness area. Both the manager of the hotel and the employees are very warm and passionate about what they do; you just feel comfortable and welcome as a guest. Thank you very much for the wonderful time; I would love to come back!
