Stone Wood Riverfront Resort, Siolim

Pathetic property. Situated interior part in Siolim, Goa, India. Very old and not maintained at all. Seriously avoid this property. It looks nice in photos. Location is the only point to be appreciated. Rest the property do not even score 1/10 in all other aspects. Mostly it has no guests. I think this property holds a highly bad reputation and feedback that nobody comes here again as well as one time customers spread the reality of this hotel to other people. So people avoid booking this hotel. They have just repainted the rooms recently. All furniture, fixtures, electronics appliances, accessories are all so old and hardly works properly. Fridge continuously generates disturbing noise. The air conditioner works like it is in a coma and takes the last breath lying on the death bed . The bathroom only offers body wash and hand wash. No other accessories available like - hair dryer, tooth paste, tooth brush, shower cap, comb etc. very poor standards. The whole property is in a shabby condition. It is damaged everywhere. Old style lock and key system on all rooms. Furniture has fungus all over. The kitchen only serves buffet breakfast if they have more than 10 rooms booked. Else you have to choose from a fixed menu. You can not request any damn breakfast as per your choice. You have to pay even if you have opted for a room with breakfast. No shops or super markets at walking distance. You must hire a car or a scooter on daily basis. Scooter costs INR 500 per day. I did a big mistake by booking this property. You should not commit this mistake. That is why I have written this long review.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Stonewood Riverfront, Siolim. The front office team, especially Sunidhi, welcomed us warmly, and the manager, Mr. Shankar ***** with Mr. John, ensured everything went smoothly. Our room was fantastic, the pool was clean and relaxing, and we loved the beautiful greenery and lake view. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless — special thanks to Mandar, ***** with Juze and Seby. The F&B service team — Dominic, Manoj, and Satish — served us with great care, and a big thank you to the chef and kitchen team for the delicious food. A special mention also to Krishna, the gardener, for being so helpful, and Shailesh from maintenance for assisting us initially. My cousins and my little boy had a lovely time, making this trip truly memorable. We will surely visit again!

the best part of our stay was definitely the view from our rooms the river, the rooms were kept clean everyday , all the services were also a call away , the staff was the sweetest a whole 10/10 and best experience we have had in goa we would definitely revisit again only change I would wish , if there were more options kept for all meals:)

Sunidhi is someone who is very professional, always smiling and very hospitable. She will make your day memorable with her smile and genuine NAMASTE ! very passionately and very confident Being hotelier I can understand only this makes difference

Courteous staff, cosy rooms, beautiful balcony and seating area by the pool. Food could be better, but they allow outside food as an option so that works well. Decently sized parking area and the place is pretty accessible. All areas are meticulously cleaned everyday
