A member of staff threw my colleagues credit card on the floor because he refused to take payment for a beer and a coke by card. The staff were disrespectful and contrite. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel, comfortable and quiet room. The owner was very friendly in showing us restaurants and places to visit. Buffet breakfast with many options. Definitely recommended also in terms of value for money! excellent!

We have stayed at Hotel Arthur several times, most recently August 2023. Very friendly welcome and nice air-conditioned room. Good service. Delicious breakfast. Spacious and secure underground garage. Nothing to complain about. Simply wonderful. We also received excellent tips for restaurants in the area. Highly recommended for a visit to Maranello 😎🏎️

It could also be a nice hotel if you are not looking for excellence but want to be satisfied, unfortunately the lack of empathy masked by fake kindness on the part of those who manage it is a big point against this hotel where the customer is never right.. Averagely clean rooms, somewhat sad breakfasts. I won't be returning.

Decent hotel, clean, well located. Large free parking lot. Offers Ferrari tests cheaper than elsewhere. Has a Formula 1 simulator, very nice. Charming and available staff. Good breakfast

Never a better choice to participate in the City of Modena Trophy. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The welcome is 5*L: very kind and professional, always available. Good and well assorted breakfast. Excellent value for money considering the month of August 2022 with prices that have increased everywhere. It will be a commercial area, but you could stop there.
