Great but check all restaurants are open and book asap as you’ll end up in buffet restaurant every night

Our AC was not cold upon arrival but the temp was on the lowest setting. After the first night I was quite uncomfortable and sweating. I informed the front desk and they sent a technician. There was no change in the temp so I sweated through the second night. I informed our concierge the next day and he said he would address it. The next night nothing nor no one showed up. I saw the concierge out about the property the next day and he asked how things were going and I said I was still hot in the room. He told me he would address it again and nothing or no one came again. I was tired of addressing the issue so I bared through the remaining time there.
Some restaurants were closed on certain days which we couldn’t get reservations. Other restaurants were booked up according to our concierge, but when I gave a really nice tip, it seemed to open up a spot (how convenient)! I’m glad I did because the Japanese restaurant was excellent! The chef Enrique put on a great show with great food.
The beach was terrible because of all the seaweed which I considered it just the time of year I came (August). However the beach itself was extremely rocky so walking barefoot was difficult. If I would seen reviews about the beach, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen this resort.
The property was great though.it had various types of animals that was fun to observe. It was a very clean property and had friendly staff.

Been to many resorts throughout the Caribbean but by far hands down this resort got a 5 star in each category from staff, rooms, food, accommodations and entertainment. 5 out of 5. Ask for Concierge Derek, he will make your stay special. Go Derek!!!

The check in process was terrible. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were amazing. The food for an all inclusive was great. The rooms are in a desperate need of an upgrade. The cleanliness of the rooms to the resort grounds need to be better

The air condition was not working in our room. The room was humid and hot. For several hours, I asked them to look into the problem. Their only responses will get a maintenance man to look into it. Not until midnight when my family I could no longer support The unbearable heat in the room. I had to go to the front desk and speak to a manager. You pay for top service and a luxury hotel but the room conditions are less than adequate.

We have gone here 6 times . We brought our neighbours and their kids and they cannot get over the good and staff and resort. Renovated since we went . Shows are amazing grease, Micheal Jackson , light show. And craft market in Thursdays

Staff and service was great! Shoutout to Erick and Juan concierges. Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The themed restaurants were ok- the flavor just wasn’t there at all and food freshness was lacking. In fact, the buffet offered better taste and freshness. The nightly entertainment/shows could improve.
