No me parece un hotel 5 estrellas, las comidas estaban bien pero había que hacer fila para todo (desayuno, pedir tragos, almorzar, cenar), el agua de la pileta caliente, playa llena de sargazo que no son capaz de limpiar, teatro sin aire acondicionado, no podías ver los shows del calor que hacía, daban day pass o night pass por unas horas por lo cual no podías dejar tus cosas tranquilo, a unas chicas le faltó su bolso y además sobresaturaban de gente. Debería ser un 3 estrellas.

Fatal no hubo agua caliente en toda la estancia, no nos daban respuesta ni solución ni en el hotel ni trip, cucarachas por la habitación, humedad, buffet repetitivo y de mala calidad, imposible cenar en los restaurantes porque había que reservar con muchos días de antelación, antes de llegar no contestan a correos ni nada, la playa horrorosa llena de algas sucia y fea, para llegar desde playa del carmen imposible si no es un taxi qie te cobra 60€ por un trayecto de 15 min, de la puerta de entrada al lobi hay que andar dos km y de la habitación a la playa otros 2, no te acercan ni a la puerta.. NO RESERVAR NI AQUI NI ESTE HOTEL, MEJOR RIU SIN LUGAR A DUDAS

Fue una de las peores en hoteles que hemos visitado. Al final de la estadía nos exigieron un pago para dos niños según porque el hotel no recibió la información correcta por parte de la agencia de reserva. Llamamos a la policía porque con nuestra reserva en la mano donde decía explícitamente que reservamos por 4 personas ellos se pusieron tercos de que no, solo era para 2 personas asi que en frente de toda la recepcion nos ROBARON 1800 pesos extras. Los gerentes ineptos que ocurrieron fueron uno peor del otro y hasta llegaron acusarnos de Frode según ellos, sosteniendo en su cara el email de la reserva para 4 personas ya pagadas.

Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. La chambre malheureusement on a beaucoup de problèmes et certaines choses étaient cassés comme le frigo, la lumière et la porte de notre chambre n’était plus accessible un moment donné à cause de la batterie on a fait des allers retours jusqu’à la réception et attendre les techniciens pour enfin accéder 2h après. Je suis une femme enceinte c’était assez pénible. Niveau transport même si les navettes étaient en circulation toute la journée et la nuit, on était pas souvent prioritaires. Le buffet avait un large choix sauf que celui de la plage était pas climatisé ou ventilé. Sinon dans l’ensemble c’était bien.

Leak in bathroom
Had a leak in my bathroom since the day that I arrived I called and complaint nothing was done the 1st day on the 2nd day I called and nothing was done I asked if they would give me another room and they refused. On the 3rd day I called again and finally the came to fix. I explained to them that twice I almost fell.

Nothing that is listed as part of the all inclusive is included everything to do there is an up charge, WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there either. Staff was not helpful in answering any questions or concerns
