I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

Great resort. Everyone was super friendly & recommended areas to dine at. Restaurants were great. Staff was super helpful with anything related to transportation, reservations & money exchange. Everyone made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely recommend.

The staff at TRS and all of the Palladium resorts were amazing. So attentive and friendly.
The food is pretty bad with the exception of the IO pool bar that had a rotating daily snacks and lunch.
We did the PTC upgrade but didn’t really see what the big deal was. Maybe if the hotel had been at full capacity it would have made a bigger difference.

The Resort was absolutely Beautiful. The Staff was Amazing.Sarah and her Bartender Team from the Lobby are 10/10. We so love them!!They were So Freindly and Fun When we hung out at The Bar . They make Amazing Drinks . Presentation of the drinks looks like something from magazine. Estephanie and Beach Staff were Just as Amazing. The Bulters Antonio and George were Great Very Friendly and accommodating to our needs . The Food Was Amazing . I highly recommended TRS Yucatan

Me and my husband celebrated stayed for 9 days and all staff were so kind and made our anniversary so special. Butters we so helpful and pleasant. I was so surprised with food selection and their fruit selections. Buffets were my favorite.
