I noted that the door wasn’t locking reported it and it was fixed straight away. Comfortable and roomy so relaxing. Close to city centre and very adequate heating, lovely how water and fantastic wi fi better than at home. Not perfectly quiet but very pleasant

This is a very old building turned into accommodation. The timber floors creaked and weren't level, the over bath shower was difficult for an older person as there wasn't a handrail, but the shower itself was hot with good water pressure. I didn't find a toaster, but otherwise everything was supplied and plentiful. Ballarat can be both very cold and very hot, but there was good heating and cooling. Being so close to the railway station and multiple bus routes, and a ten minute walk to the historic part of Ballarat, makes it a great location.

Very disappointed. This accommodation is advertised as 'Apartments', but in fact all it is, is a very run down old guest house, in which you get a room in. As you only have a room, you can hear other guests. Very tired establishment that needs attention, and re-classification. Tried to communicate disappointment with Management and was totally dismissed.

We booked this after seeing it on Trip Advisor......it was confirmed and the email said we would get instructions regarding access. When we got there, there was no emails re access. I rang the bell several times and rang the number ...no answer. 20/30 minutes later a cleaner arrived... and she let us in. It was not the 40 sqm apartment we had viewed on line. It was very disappointing, particularly when we heard the people in the upstairs apartment walking around. We did not want put up with this for 2 days. We decided to walk away ...and did so. About an hour later we finally had a call from the manager and we said we were not staying there.

We stayed at this apartment in Ballarat and found it to be a little quirky. Staying in the second floor apartment with a spa bath that shuts off at 8.00pm and a very small and under equipped kitchen. Beds were fine but the shower head fell off. One very annoying point is the steep staircase you need to climb. Taking bags up and down was an absolute joy that was somewhat dangerous. No secure parking so we had to leave the car on the street overnight.

Ease of check in. Great communication. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and believe you me, it was bitter chill in Ballarat this weekend. The bed offered electric blanket and air conditioner made the small apartment so cosy warm, and so sweetly charming, all I could wish for. So much more than I expected. Warm staff, comfortable bed, spacious with country biscuits!! I can only say, charm and generosity are here in abundance. I luxuriated in the hot spa - with a happy smile. Lovely memories made.

My comfortable apartment was spic and span clean and welcoming It was a nice surprise to see that I had a microwave and toaster in my room It was very quiet and peaceful and just a short walk into Ballarat CBD

Comfortable residence. Very good bed. Decided against train travel and took car instead. Very happy with the decision. Long walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our unit was upstairs. Quite steep and needed help to carry up cases. Very good heater - heated whole unit. Electric blankets on beds.

Reception closes about 10pm with no easy way of collecting you key after this time. Free parking is offered but declined when you arrive Had to leave my car outside after midnight No one at reception the next morning to follow this up with. Won’t be back again
