uno de los mejores hoteles si hablamos de la calidad de servicio y las amplias y limpias habitaciones. De verdad muy atentos extremadamente amables y acogedores. Si prefiere senderismo - justo al lado queda Val d'Incles - no se necesita coche - se puede alcanzar a pie. Vistas del balcon fenomenales y el balcon si que tiene una buena superficie.

Park Piolets was an excellent choice for our family. It is situated in the center of town and is only a couple of blocks from the gondolas, however, the hotel shuttle ran every few minutes. All of the staff was friendly and professional but, special thanks to Sandra and Nick of Guest Services for their help explaining the activities and making all the arrangements.

Staff were very friendly, effective and helpful. Shuttle service and drivers to the ski-lifts were 5***** Breakfast and dinner service were very good. Food qaulit was first class.

Amazing hotel, great service, after a long trip a good reception with help with our luggage and ski material, very nice staff, all very professional and friendly. The buffet on breakfast and dinner are very complete with great quality.

The Italian restaurant for a dinner is awesome! The rooms are prefect sized with window in the cell.

Park Piolets is by far the best hotel I ever been. It was the 7th time this year and the experience surpasses itself every year. The buffet is large, various and delicious. The spa is great. There is a small pool for kids, a "deeper" pool, a hot tub inside and outside, a sauna and a hammam. You can book a massage if you want. There is wifi in the whole hotel. The bar is very cosy. The rooms are pretty big and has a big bathroom with a bath and shower and quality local products. There's a television, a refrigerator and a beatiful view! The services are amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't remember a lot, but I will nevera forget the names of the staff. A huge thanks to: Borjá, Victoria, Carlos, Anyela, Estefania, Álvaro, Oscar, Juan Cruz, Bianca, Tatiana, Liliana, Federico, Juan Manuel, Camilo, Guillermina, the cooks and everyone who I didn't named. (I'm sorry, You didn't had a name card ). I hope to see you next year! ❤️

I recently stayed at Park Piolets Hotel in Andorra and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are incredibly cozy, featuring natural materials and a bathtub, with beautiful views from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, catering to all tastes. The spa is of a high standard, providing a relaxing retreat. This year, the hotel has renovated the kids' playroom, making it fun for children of all ages—and even adults! The location is excellent, with a ski lift nearby and the entrance to Vall d'Incles just around the corner, offering fantastic hiking trails. Highly recommended for a relaxing and adventurous stay!

Loved everything about my stay. Great room / food was fabulous breakfast and evening meals / location and facilities were spot on. Overall a fab hotel and great staff. There were plenty of walks in and around when I had down time from work. Definitely stay again.
