Отель чистый, с новым ремонтом. Отличный завтрак.
Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

Hotel Piolets is amazing. We had a triple room with balcony facing the slopes. Room was large and well appointed. The staff at this hotel are beyond fantastic. Every need is met with kindness and professionalism. The spa is super and well deserved after a days skiing. It isn’t busy in the spa and you can swim on the pool watching the gondala go up and down and the black run skiers race down. Lovely jacuzzi and steam room. Food at breakfast and dinner superb. The waiting staff very attentive and the chefs really care about their food and the guests. The lounge is big and airy and the balcony looks into the slopes. Fires keep you warm in the evening. Prices for drinks are very reasonable. Not noisy at night. Locker room easy to access and 5 mins walk to the Gondala station.

Lovely last minute stay. Woman at front desk and the manager were both extremely helpful and spoke English very well which I appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Andorra. They had a restaurant with a buffet but we didn’t eat there.

Verry nice hotel,clean and confy.Perfect for a few days of rest.We came from the hot Madrid and this was everything we needed.Great room,big and with nice view,good food,very,very nice waiter,thank you si much Wilbert,you are the best!!!

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our 7 night stay. The position is amazing-just a short walk to ski lifts and the bus stop is across the road. Our room was very clean and comfortable, looking out to the gondola and ski runs. The breakfast included was absolutely amazing- easily the best meal of the day! Also recommend doing the snow shoeing activity- its free with the hotel and lots of fun! The bus stop is handy as you will want to visit the city centre for shopping and spay day about 35 mins away. You wont regret booking this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff and views, they really made new years feel special. Miguel and the restaurant staff are exceptional as are the all the bar staff. We will return. My only, minor complaint is that the room that we had needs more storage space and can be a little noisy due to its location over the main street

Excellent hôtel with al excellent View the staff are muy Kind and helpful from the réception till the restaurant I want to thank Erika for her yummy pancake ,julietta for her service and kindness and Christian for the natural juices so healthy We enjoyed the hotel so much and sure we will come back the room are amazing The only thing I didn’t like the cleaning service I had to complain to do their job properly
