Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked for a skiing holiday and weren’t disappointed. The hotel is lovely and clean, we really appreciated use of the spa after a hard day’s skiing. However we would have preferred the jacuzzi being hotter - the water was lukewarm which meant we got cold quite quickly and couldn’t sit in there for long. The food was phenomenal - such an extensive range including the biggest salad bar I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Super healthy options and they catered well for gluten-free diners. The fresh honeycomb was a highlight! We rented skis, boots, helmets directly from the hotel which was great as we could store it there each day in their locker room. The Irish pub was fun and the decor was super cool. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Thank you especially to Emilio (who was really lovely sorting us with our ski rental) and Micaela who answered all our many emails!! The shuttle bus to and from the cable car was super useful. NB it’s €10 for an hour in the spa but if you book a superior room the spa price is included. You have to wear a swim cap and flip flops.

Because the hotel I know you for many years and they received me as a customer I've been, they gave us The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. You are a bad fall. The room they gave us was not out hot water and the separate breakfast was for me very expensive 18 e. So I chose to go down one day. I said they were 9 and it wasn't the way. The hotel is very good, but we took time not to go, but I think we'll stop going again, because intermediaries are inefficient, and they'll see who they're picking up to the tontin

A lovely warm welcome by the staff at the hotel Our room is ok, it has a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, cottton wool buds and cotton wool pads, tissues, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a kettle. We also have a pool/gym towel slippers and a robe. Heated Ski lockers are on lower floor of the hotel, they were included in our price held 2 x boots and skis The room was warm, and worked well. We had a small balcony There is a gym with a few bits of equipments, a spa, a sauna, jacuzzi and a pool. I think the pool is probably about 10 metres long. What’s fun???? And interesting and definitely worth knowing is that in the side of the pool below the waterline are two windows- these windows are seen through a local bar -Nemos! So make sure you look good 😀😂💕👍 Book exchange in bar, when we were there there were very few English books The crystal reps are good fun And are really keen to help in any way they are really helpful and just great The hotel is directly next door to the ski hire shop so that is really helpful It is ski in/ ski out, either the 4 man chairlift if you can ski, or walk down to the gondola to go up to the nursery slopes if you are new to skiing We ended up at the gondola one evening in soldeu by mistake 🤦🏼‍♀️, so we took it back up and got blue runs back down to el tarter The bar has good variety of drinks available The food was great, breakfast was buffet style, typical foods available. Dinner in the evening was waiter served, choices of 3 items-starter, main and pudding. We bought a bottle of wine and is was saved and labelled for us each evening The water was extra - not free on the table I think the children could choose off a children’s menu forte evening meal We had an early flight The hotel gave us a packed breakfast consisting of water, fruit, roll and crisps Slopes Wide, well looked after, not too busy, even with beautiful weather and no snow, the resort staff worked really hard to ensure there was good snow coverage Lift pass - we had lunch included, you can get the list of participating restaurants from your rep- again another area the crystal ski reps were very helpful with We had lunch at fun foods - burger, fries, drink - tasty and filling, you can also have salad which was lovely, we also had lunch at LLAC de CUBIL restaurant just by the TSF4 ENRADORT lift We ordered chicken and tomato This came out as a sandwich with 1/2 a French stick and fries that were cut across the potato plus a can of Coke We couldn’t eat it all Very nice and they had little sachets of salt! We visited Andorra for some days and decided to stay at the Mola Park Atiram and did not regret our choice. Parking spaces are right beside the hotel and even in high-season we had no problems to find a free parking lot. The breakfast buffet offered great quality and a good variety of products. The rooms were clean and we found enough space. We also want to highlight that all of the staff did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as they can.

Cannot thank Gonzalo and Micaela enough to for their hospitality during our week skiing in Andorra. We stayed at the hotel with half board and ate there every night - we have stayed in Arinsal before and after the first night, preferred to stay to eat at the hotel. I did not give advance notice of my dietary requirements as I thought dinner would be a buffet rather than a menu. They weren’t phased at all and went out of their way to make sure they knew what I could and couldn’t eat. Thank you to the chef too for making sure I still had a choice each evening with something different. Gonzalos wine recommendation were also on point - he knows his stuff! Thank you very much for making our ski trip even better than what we expected

The hotel is located in a commercial street, and I especially like the public areas of their home. The public areas in the picture are all of their home. The restaurant on the first floor has a great environment. The lounge has indoor and outdoor areas. You can order drinks at the bar. It is suitable for office work, drinking and chatting, and it feels like a coffee shop. The breakfast area is very large, with a separate floor, the content is very Western and simple. It's good overall, but the soundproofing of this room is a bit poor, and the footsteps upstairs are so clear as to be walking around in my room, and I thought the room had entered in the middle of the night. There is a Hong Kong Chinese restaurant opposite (the name is HongKong).

The hotel is the last hotel before reaching the rivers of the Ordino-Arcalis ski station. The rooms are not very large, but are more than enough for a couple to stay comfortable, have safe box and WiFi access to the Internet with a good signal and stable. The rooms are all clean and clean. The dinner room serves a more than correct and even abundant menu, which sometimes strikes those who are unusual to dinner with a strong habit. The breakfast buffet is more than right and perfectly maintained at all times. The spa is also available with massages, more than recommendable, to relax stress. The first is the parking in front of the hotel, which when the hotel is full sometimes can be complicated to leave the car at night. And the second is that they should think that decarbonisation has already begun and there will be more and more hybrid or electric cars to be buried overnight. This is, by the way, a more than recommendable establishment to spend a few days of relaxation away from the world's noise.

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.
