Worst and unclean hotel with no provision for breakfast and food, parking, bathroom was in horrible condition, bedsheets were not changed. I have lot of photographs of all the above points. Uncleaned rooms. Lift was not working and is not working since last 2 months and ac rooms are given on 4th floor with no service of luggage. Worst hotel. They take advantage of people since it's non refundable room. Plz make a policy that if room is not suitable then 100% cancellation charges to be returned back. The reception uncle was arrogant in answers. Room intercom was not provided.
