Pathetic is the only word I can write about this resort…..it is epitome of inexperienced staff. Horrible food, and bad service….. it is so disturbing that they are plainly robbing us …. For the amount they are charging it is just not worth it…. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY Special mention to the spa ***ager She is rude & extremely unprofessional Probably inexperienced too….

Cassia Resort is provided great hospitality. The place provides a peaceful experience. The food is amazing here and special thanks to Chef Munish who catered to our special needs during the stay. The pool is also provides a relaxing time. And the rooms are also modern and luxury.

Good location to get together for family holidays, weekend and vacations. The jungle behind the property is an additional place for a good morning walk and small tracking. It was a great experience here and I will definitely love to visit again.

Stated at the property for 3 days its a nice, well maintained and at a very good location property. The only reason for giving it a 3 star was during checkout the resort was not able to produce my actual food bill and I was being charged some random amount for which the bill was not provided. The ***ager was also there standing there and watching the drama but didn't showed any courtesy to help..

The ambience and the surrounding was surreal.... The reception, dining and house keeping were courteous, dining experience was great.... The swimming pool was of decent size and well maintained. The view from resort was overwhelming....Over all i would recommend for anyone who wants peaceful time spent with great hospitality.... Was a great experience!

The stay was very comfortable.. i arrived lately but everything was ***aged fantastic specially by Ms Chanchal who was take care of resevations.. The food was above average but we would suggest to upgrade the kitchen facilities.. thanks for the stay

Stay was great! Nice property near Solan, perfect for a remote getaway. Food was nice and good place to visit surrndings are also very nice, ambience was good they have good food option and nearby places like bhureshwar mahadev is must vist place

Ambience was good but our room’s lock was not working, taps were leaking in bathroom, breakfast was not served properly, almost whole of the breakfast was over by 9.45 Banquets were good Evening snacks were okay Hospitality was also not up to the mark

Everything was perfect. Quick checkin. Nice food. Spacious and hygiene room. It was first trip but really looking for another trip to Casia
