Room was excellent but the extra bed charges was way too much.
The sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep .

Moksha at parwanoo - excellent location. Luxurious rooms, pampering service. The weather, even in mid April, was a cool 13deg to 25deg. The perfect getaway, only 1hr from Mohali airport, with a 10min cable car ride to the resort. The spa is large and well staffed. Perhaps an upgrade with the rooms. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. Specially Srishti .. by the end of our family holiday, we would all long to go for our meals to get pampered by her. Chef Pritam and his signature Himachal dishes stand out. Overall a great place for a family holiday and the clean air a great pull.

Super quality Food, Fresh and Inhouse bakery, The rooms are so spacious and gives you luxury feeling also the Electric vehicle which is just a call away and it ll be at your door.

Beautiful, picturesque, scenic place. Staff is very courteous & helpful. Service is very prompt. Spa is highly recommended - very good and relaxing. The team is good especially Manisha at the reception, Ghanshyam at the restaurant. At SPA : Yimeli, Wanmei and Aseen. And everyone else. Highly recommend people to visit this spectacular place.

I visited this property while considering it for my sister’s wedding plan for 250 guest event. Sadly, it was a major letdown. The rooms were not well-kept, food lacked quality, and staff were poorly trained and unprofessional—some even visibly unkempt and inattentive. Front desk was unresponsive, and refund requests were denied despite serious service issues. This is far from a luxury experience, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
