Hotel is at the hilltop with best views,To add up each and every staff member is courteous and on the toes for delivering top notch service.will definitely come to same hotel if visiting Kasauli again

The property was well maintained and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. There were open spaces to sit in the sun and enjoy the high tea or watch a match. The rooms were spacious with clean linen and furnishing. In the premium room we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with friends amidst the pine trees. The food was varied and delicious. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed yet entertaining holiday.

First of all don't get misled by the description on the web. This place is nowhere in Kasauli. It's under Kasauli Tehsil and is around 20 km from Kasauli town. The distance from Chandigarh on Google maps is 57 km if you take the deadly short cut which very bad for your car and unsafe with family. Sadly not even the hotel authorities give a travel map or guideline. ALWAYS TAKE THE KUMARHATTI NAHAN ROAD to reach this place. Once you reach , you will love the place. Beautiful views of hills. Take rooms with balcony or private garden. The play zone and pool are lovely. THEY DONT HAVE A HEATED POOL. So be careful . The food is excellent but variety is lacking in buffet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is courteous and professional. Karuna, Reeta and Aman from the front desk are too good. Overall a lovely experience barring the travel route confusion

The location was nice and out of city crazy crowd. Room were spacious neat and clean . Balcony sitting was the best. The team at work was the best. The people were loving and caring . Food served was amazing. Breakfast on both days was similar might need some variety. Over all we enjoyed the stay. Thanks

We were staying in forest hill kasauli. It was a great experience to stay there. We enjoyed the hi tea with karaoke singing done by rashi and pramod. The location is very beautiful. We went for trekking it was so soothing. Special thanx to rashi and dresh and all team for our great experience

We stayed at ITC forest Hill. It was fortune property. First and foremost: The staff does not have a word as “NO” in their dictionary. We stayed in Premium Room No. 232 the room had all that needed for luxury. The view from the room was excellent. The balcony was big with a valley view. All kind of amenities well placed. The pool was infinity with a view to heaven. Mostly about the staff: The restaurant had staff to greet with a very big welcome and a smile always on their face. “Anshu” who used to serve us was full of energy always ready to help. This can go on for ever and to end with a very thankful note that made our holidays a memorable one. I would recommend all who wants Maharaja treatment to come and stay here. A place in heaven far away from the city and bustling crowd

The Hotel and its staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating. Our niece had so much fun in the playhouse. Though we had accomodation issues in the beginning the views and kindness surpasses it all. Would love to visit again. Rashi & Mamta were very kind and played with our niece alot

We visited with our 14 months daughter and had an amazing time. The staff is really friendly towards babies and took extra care to make us comfortable. Chef Dinesh made sine awesome tasty food for our baby. They have a nice kids play area where Rashi and Ritika made our baby super comfortable. Very friendly people. We will recommend and visit again! :)
