Hotel charges INR 3000 extra without any prior information for their third class dinner ( which have only 2 snacks and 2 main course options)
Totally wasted our time and money.

We recently had a very peaceful stay at this resort during Dussehra weekend..the location of this resort is on the main Kasauli road, a bit far from the main town, which is good if you have your own vehicle. However, the traffic of the road would not bother you as their rooms are located on the other side (valley facing)...rooms are well-appointed, clean, specious and airy, give you spectacular view of sunrise from the bed itself..rooms have climate control as well..balcony is also specious with a sitout..buffet spread was good..Indian dishes, especially the tandoor items and butter chicken were delicious..but one striking and commendable aspect which I must mention is its service..the staff is quick, prompt and courteous..always serves you with a smile..overall we had a pleasant experience at this resort..keep it up!!!

Been here in 2018. It was a good experience back then. Been here again in march 2025. They have lower their standards. Food quality and taste was poor. Limited menu. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. All in all bad experience. Hospitality sector knows the feedback won’t affect their business. Ratish bahl

Had the most amazing experience hosting our wedding at Kasauli Windsor Resort. We booked the entire property for 3 nights and 4 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. From the Haldi and Mehndi to the Sangeet and wedding reception, everything was perfectly planned and executed. Special shoutout to Sandeep, the Manager, who was incredibly professional and ensured everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to the entire team at the resort for their hard work, attention to detail, and impeccable service. The staff was always attentive, the food was delicious, and the rooms were beautifully appointed. We were staying on two days in this resort and all services was very good. Specially rooms was clean and all electronic systems also available. All service *** and manager was talking to us friendly . Reception area and lunch area was very good. In every area setting system also good. Ground area space also available so that we were playing and dancing with DJ system.

The hotel is very good...rooms are very spacious with valley view balcony...neat and clean ...service is very good...it's a peaceful place ...the hotel has a garden where children can easily enjoy and adults can spend some times ...the location is good

Kasauli windsor resort is a great place to stay for family and friends. We vistited this property with my friends. Its Very neat and clean, well maintained property. Very professional staff and excellent in behavior. This property has exceed for our expectations 👍
