Beautifully made but the hospitality lack f warmth drop your experience to zero. Tiny rooms with tiny balconies it’s not a luxury proper it is just similar to a guest house or a 3 star hotel and quite far from the mall road of Kasauli so check before you book it

Excellent service, friendly team in restaurant and overall excellent. Cosy room with all the comfort. Cottage room are excellent For kids they have bicycles as well. Indoor sports well equipped. Swimming pool small. Manish served us well

Hi Very nice stay,fantastic hospitality,amazing stay,kids friendly,cooperative staff,good food,indoor and outdoor games, But should improve there breakfast buffet,should keep more dishes for kids also.otherwise all good. Our stay is good

Excellent forest resort.last week with family we enjoyed great experience WH SANTA ROZA great hospitality is very nice ,good was awesome,services was also good ambience the food was awesome , services was also good..It was our first visit at the hotel but felt like home there.. Resort cottages are amazing view.All staff were so polite and helpful.Houskeeping team is very honest & hardworking specially Mr.kushal is very helpful & caring person.If anyone want try something different in kasauli hills, must visit once.

We stayed for 4 days , our package had buffet breakfast n buffet dinner. There was good variety of food and it was tasty. The food served was fresh and the service is outstanding. The service provided by Mr. Akhilesh, Mr.Ajay and Mr. Sumit and Mr. Vishal and the Chef Randhawa was outstanding.

It was amazing stay , we celebrated here our wedding anniversary and hotel offered the room decor which quite good surprise. Bakery is top notch. Specially service staff need ls a clap 👏 for outstanding job in the terrains of resort they are serving with smile and quick ones. Breakfast 😋 was great too. Over all we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come again. Recommended to everyone.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The service was very spot on and food was very good. They arranged a wonderful bornfire for us and gave us prompt service throughout our trip. Location was very wonderful. It is all surrounded with trees and lot of greenery all around. Deepak served us really well.
