Great hospitality it was our anniversary and they made it so awesome and memorable with putting extra efforts. Big thankx to Ms. Jyotsana she was so helpful with the booking process and we ended up booking. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back in summer for our special occasion. Ideal for a peaceful vacation, it combines natural beauty with excellent hospitality. Highly recommend this property to visit.

One of the best places stay in kasauli.overall an amazing experience. We stayed for 2 nights and had a good time .The food was delicious with a range of options.The staff was very courteous , friendly, respectful and helpful. Ms. Jyotsana and team took good care. Great place to visit with family and friends.Love to stay here back again.Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Had an amazing experience being at the property and they have the sweetest staff. We were not able to make it on the day we booked the rooms but Mr. Virender Thakur went all the way out to change the dates and helped us in every way to make the stay most enjoyable.

Great hotel with great location. Had a great experience in hotel. We stayed there this January,and had the most amazing experience.we had the cottage room, which have a forest view and pine trees.very helpful staff welcoming nature of every person. Our booking done by Ms. Jyotsana and after stay and experience was on top of our imagination. Thank you team front office to take care of our entire stay like family members. We will visit soon😊

During my stay for our Anniversary Celebration at WelcomHeritage Santa Roza Kasauli, I found the property beautifully constructed, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment. The staff was polite and courteous, promptly responding to our requests. The food was delicious, especially the South Indian dishes, and the overall spread was worth trying. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the indoor pool was smaller than expected. The hotel also features a fantastic play area with games like billiards, chess, and swings, providing entertainment for all ages. Special mention for co-ordination and comfort Mr. Pandey, Shubham & Deepak. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

We enjoyed New Year Party at Santa Roza.. it's best place to visit and for party. Food is just wow. Hospitality provided by Mr. Akhilesh is great. On front office Jyotshna helps us from booking to check out. Housekeeping staff is very quick and efficient. Mr. Kushal at housekeeping is very helpful. Love the place and hospitality.
