I saw that parking was free, but they charge 5,000 won for parking even though I don't use valet parking.

And compared to the size of the building, there are very few elevators and parking lots.
However, I stayed on a weekday when there weren't many people, so it wasn't too inconvenient.
Because it was a new building, the facilities were clean and in good condition, but I couldn't use Netflix because it didn't respond when I pressed it.
It was also nice that there was a convenience store right on the first floor.
