Both check-in and check-out were done non-face-to-face, so there was no time wasted, which was very convenient. If there was anything I needed, I could tell them through the app and they would take care of it right away, which was also nice. However, the wallpaper was a bit dirty, and one of the light bulbs in the kitchen was out. I think they need to check the rooms more thoroughly. It would be better if they had provided a teaspoon, fork, dishwashing detergent, and a dish sponge in the clean room. It was right next to Cheongcho Lake, so it was nice to take a walk, and there were many shops around, so the location was really good.

Overall, the facilities were good and the location was good, but the bedding management was a bit disappointing. I didn't take a picture, but there was mold on the pillow cover, so I used it as is. I cleaned it up and slept on a different, clean pillow with a towel, but I was a little worried that the other bedding might not have been managed as well.

I chose random assignment, but the room was on the first floor, and it was in a disabled bathroom, and there was no toilet seat... I was so shocked. If it said 1st floor assignment, I wouldn't have done random assignment.

이 호텔은 새로 지은 호텔이여서 그런지 굉장히 깔끔한 호텔이었어요. 합리적인 가격에 넓고 깔끔한 숙소였어요. 내부에 커피머신이랑 세탁기랑 싱크대 같은 것도 있었어서 너무 좋았구요 세탁세제까지 굽이 되어 있더라구요. 너무 배려가 있는 호텔이었어요. 저렴한 가격에 고급 호텔을 지내는 기분이었어요 다음 번에 또 이용하려구요.
스태프 분들은 전화로 대응 하시는 분들은 친절 했으나 프론트에 있던 직원은 그렇게 친절하진 않았던 거 같애요
