The hotel is brand new. Stayed in a partial ocean view on the 15th floor. Had a nice view of the ocean. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice rooftop area on 21st hotel with 2 swimming pools and tables and chairs. There was plenty of parking underground. Only complaint is that the furniture seemed to be rather dusty and no chairs on the balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really great value for money place! The kitchenware is clean and well-stocked, the view from the room is great, and the bathroom is clean and pretty.

It's a new building, so it's clean overall.
Since it's a new building, the air freshener was too strong, as if they were trying to get rid of the smell.
I don't know if it was just the room I stayed in, but the sink smelled so bad that I wiped it off with hand wash and covered it with a towel before going to bed. The bathroom also smelled like a sewer.
Other than that, the room condition was good.
The parking lot was large, the building itself was clean, and the location was convenient for going to famous restaurants and bars. Sokcho Ai is right in front, so you can see the ocean well.

I went there with the intention of staying only one night, but it was so nice that I wanted to come back again.
As expected from a new building, it was very clean, parking was convenient, and most of all, the room was very clean and nice.

The location is convenient and it is a good new accommodation. I was a little disappointed with the dust that settled on the top of the bed head. I wiped it off with a wet tissue, but if it weren't for that part, I think I would have given it a higher score for cleanliness.
