Lotte Resort has the best ocean view sitting on the edge of a cliff on the coast. Located centrally in sokcho, it offers the dining options of town and also the outdoor hiking of Seoraksan just 20 mins drive away. Resort had lots of in house facilities, water park, 7-11 at basement floor. Truly exceeded expectations.

All rooms had ocean views, so it was great...
But the staff's friendliness seemed far less than that of a 5-star hotel,
and there were places where the room sheets were peeling off...
