Place is near the bus terminal and the beach. Many shops and restaurants around. Everything was contactless and easy to maneuver. It was easy to apply for late check out as well. 10,000 won per hour. Great place to stay if you are heading to seoraksan. Bus stop is a 5 mins walk. Maybe because its new, the place is clean and mould free

It's a studio apartment with a small balcony overlooking the ocean. The self- check-in process is straightforward. The living room is clean. The bed mattress is firm and the pillows are comfortable.
The bathroom is clean with some good toiletries.
It has a nice, well-equipped kitchen.

It's convenient because the check-in and check-out are done individually.
But I don't think they ask where you check out on the way out.
I felt a bit bad when they asked the customer directly whether we were checking out or not.

It is convenient with non-face-to-face check-in and check-out. I received check-in information via KakaoTalk around 1 o'clock and went straight to my room without waiting. The room was clean and had plenty of dishes and utensils. It is convenient as it has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, coffee machine, and even a washing machine. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so you have to bring your own, and the view is great! The location is right in front of Sokcho Beach, so it's easy to walk around, and parking is divided into underground and above ground, so it was good. There are two elevators so it might be crowded, but it was still off-season so I used it comfortably. You can store your luggage in advance on the 5th floor. I want to visit again!

It was my first time staying at an unmanned hotel, and it was more comfortable than I thought (I applied for a toothbrush tool through Kakao and received it right after payment. It was amazing), and above all, the location and accommodation were very clean. In particular, I stayed in a family two-room ocean view accommodation, and I liked that there was a dining table and sofa in the living room. I saw the sun rise in the morning from my accommodation.
