Slept well except that when I arrived to be able to get my room I had to contact the hotel it didn't work having booked on the trip.com website

Once again nothing to say. The staff is welcoming and accessible. The room with a fridge and a microwave is the best for workers having a break…. I recommend

Give it a miss ! No towels , no air con , sheets worn out & grubby, toilet & shower dirty . Felt insecure . Gaps between windows and door frames Location is run down . As for premiere class it is very very below standard and requires renovation as it is not fit for purpose. Don’t stay as it will taint your well earned break ! It’s a dump !

I got what I paid for I guess; wish I had paid more though. No air conditioning, cheap bathroom, ok for very short stay. Handy location on the edge of Soissons so easy to get on the main road out of town.

Tout d'abord, toutes mes excuses aux personnes qui ont laissé un avis et auquel je n'ai pas prêté une réelle importance car j'ai parfois réservé dans des hôtels Formule 1 pas terrible mais bon pour le tarif, il ne faut pas être trop exigent. Or il ne faut ABSOLUMENT PAS RESERVER dans cet hôtel, des famille entières y trouvent refuge, du linge étendu sur les rembarres, des jeunes enfants qui jouent sur le parking et vous au milieu vous n'avez vraiment pas l'impression d'être à votre place de plus la chambre est réellement vétuste (Araignées, sol pas lavé, wc entartré, pommeau de douche intouchable tellement sale, sol de douche impossible de mettre ses pieds sans garder des tongs, porte d'entrée toute cabossée par des coups de pieds et coups de poings, qui ferme très mal et laisse passée un contre jour, j'ai aussi retrouvé un pansement usagé dans le lit mais malheureusement il ne m'appartenait pas..) c'est tellement irréaliste cet hôtel que vous aurez sûrement du mal à me croire mais vraiment n'y allait pas. Je suis actuellement en contact avec le service client pour comprendre... à suivre

un enfer, j’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi peu accueillant, réveillée à 12h petante par des femmes qui ne parlent pas un mot de français et qui nous demande de sortir sans meme nous laisser le temps de nous préparer, les chambre sont sales, les douches encore pire
