The hotel is not far from the airport. Fast check-in. Attentive staff. There is tea, coffee, water in the room. Breakfasts are good. Special thanks to the woman who serves breakfast. Very attentive.

Very good location, huge room, and good breakfast. The only negative thing is the hotel is in critical need of more service personnel for cleaning up the rooms (according to Front Desk) and check-in had to be delayed till 15:00, not a minute earlier.

Location very central. I love the big balcony and everything functional although the interior of room appears aged and tired. Cleanliness ok. The price is excellent. I also love the buffet breakfast which is very delicious. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels ive been to for the price. Easy check in and check out and great services across the whole hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms for 3 friends. Smart TV was also great to watch Netflix and YouTube. Also lovely view from the top floor of the city.

For family trip , location is center, near by metro therefore you can visit all places that needed. It was our pleasure to stay there and having quality time with family.
Only thing is , breakfast doesn’t not have that much options but is enough to feed you stomach for daily rutine.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large floor-to-ceiling window to enjoy the outside view. Very quiet at night, there are various restaurants downstairs, very convenient. It is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Sofia.

Wonderful hotel just a few steps from the center. The hotel has a bar (entertainment every night) and a dining area and an art gallery. Courteous and friendly staff. Large room equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended, we couldn't have chosen a better location! Top

It was nice that there were rest areas and spaces for eating and cooking on the upper floor. There were showers and restrooms on each floor, so it was spacious and nice.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that
it was true that there was still a lot of time left until check-in,
but I didn't understand why the reception didn't let me sit in the spacious rest area.
After just storing my bags and walking around the streets for a while,
I arrived back there and
they helped me check in right on time.
